We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe bathroom was very small. The electric hot water system didn't get the water hot enough for a comfortable shower..
The apartment was a great size and in the perfect location. We cycled to Fingal Bay, walked up Mount Tomaree and swam at Shoal Bay beach. The bedrooms were spacious and the balcony was an excellent spot to eat lunch in the sun. The kitchen was well equipped, although the cooktop was slow to heat.

It’s close to Shoal bay, 3-5 mins walking, it’s nice cosy little 2 bedroom unit.

AustraliaThe property had not been cleaned when we arrived around 2pm. It took a couple of hours to contact the owner on the emergency number provided and the cleaner eventually turned up at 5pm. We were promised a 30% reduction in our cost but to date I have not received a credit to my credit card. The pillows provided were very soft and provided no support. I think they need to improve the quality of the pillows, otherwise everything was good.
Location was good and the property suited our needs for a two night stay.

We found the apartment clean and comfortable. The air con and fan were already on when we arrived which we appreciated given the hot weather. We enjoyed our stay and it was an easy walk to the closest beach.

AustraliaUnfortunately, several things are not with my expectations:. 1. Upon arrived, we have found the trash been left in the bin and not been empty. 2. We planned to celebrate my father birthday, so we put the provided plates & glasses to dishwasher for cleaning first before we use it. However, to the disappointment we then found out: a. there were 2 glasses which hard stain on the glass, looks like someone lips marks on them. I called to owner, and the response i got from her was that why concern on this glass when there are many other glasses to use. b. The dishwasher has a clear dent and cracks on; I called to owner which she has instructed continue to use it without problem and can use the provided sachet of washer liquid on it. During the dish - washing, the whole floor near the dishwasher flooded with foams and water leaked from dishwasher. There were also no notes or card mentioned to place half sachet or quarter sachet or washer liquid. The owner blamed me putting whole sachet on. However, she is happy to provide a discount on my stay due to this inconvenience caused. c. unclean mark and some see some human hair on toilet seat underneath at the bathroom. d. Oily marks and at BBQ burner at balcony, we decided not to use it. I have sent the photos to owner, and what disappointing to me was the response i have received from the owner was i am welcome to leave if i don't like it. I have decided to cut short my stay to only 1 night since. Very bad customer experience i have received when my intention was in good will to report some of my observation for her future business in this apartment. Not recommended if you are have cleanliness in mind for family trip especially with elders and children.
