That we had to go home we loved everything. I can’t fault anything because it has what our family needs. There were no problems for us.

The views are excellent and it’s close to the beach. The house is equipped with great facilities. The wi-fi is excellent and easy to connect to. A great home base for all of the sight-seeing we wanted to do. Close to the jetty if you like fishing like we do. The picture is the wonderful view from the front door.

Millpond is wonderful, a real ‘home from home’. Our second visit and, once again, we didn’t want to leave. Friends we brought with us were amazed at the spectacular location and quality of this ‘home’.

There was truly nothing! The home was spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view over the bay was a wonderful way to start the day.

Millpond was outstanding the home had everything you could possibly need and the location had a beautiful view and very convenient to the ferry. Loved our stay only "compliant" we couldn't stay longer!

I loved everything about this property. It was one of the best holiday homes I have ever stayed at.

The location and outlook of the property were superb. The kitchen and laundry were well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, Netflix was available and there were various board games, DVDs and reading material to keep you occupied. The KI Sculpture Trail is at the end of the street as is Frenchman’s Stone. The Penneshaw Penguin Centre is less than a 5 minute walk away. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. We were sorry to leave.

I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like with the property. The only thing was we were all disappointed that our stay had finished. We look forward to going back to the relaxing atmosphere there.

It was a great home base for any sight seeing. Close to shops. Wonderful walking trails and beach to walk on. Lots of things to see and do. Great facilities had everything we needed. It was our second stay and we’ve booked again already.

While in Penneshaw there were not alot of places to eat while there, mainly only the local Penneshaw Hotel.

A perfect house for a family get away. The kitchen is well equipped for short and long stays. Millpond is walking distance to some sites like the Penneshaw Sculpture Trail and the Contemplation Seat just to name a few. Millpond is approximately 2hr drive to Flinders Chase National park, about 1hr to Little Sahara Adventrure Centre and about 30mins to Cape Willoughby Lighthouse. Its a great location to be based on Kangroo Island.

Millpond is totally beyond our expectations! Well equipped with every necessity that you can think of. Just a minute drive from ferry terminal and grocery stores make it a super convenient place to stay. Highly recommended for those who are seeking for clean, homely yet spacious vacation home.

Wonderful and uninterrupted views of the ocean! Close to town for coffee, IGA, restaurants, and ferry terminal. Very clean with everything you could ever need in the kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and the whole house was beautiful. Excellent communication with the owner too.

Such a beautiful home - with stunning views of the ocean. We were lucky enough to see dolphins from out the bedroom window every morning. The house was walking distance to ferry, supermarket, pub and cafes. We loved everything about this place and will definitely be back. The hosts were fantastic also.
