absolutely everything. Deanna is the kindest, most caring, thoughtful and considerate host. the guesthouse had countless thoughtful touches that made the stay extra special - bath robes, toiletries, little chocolates, and she even lent us the most delicious balsamic vinegar. the grounds are beautiful, the bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and the pool is wonderful. we couldn’t fault a thing.

Had a wonderful two night stay. Deana is such an incredible host, who goes to every length to make sure you’re comfortable and welcomed. The property is also incredibly beautiful with plenty of cosy books to relax and feel at home in. Couldn’t be happier we stayed and already planning a return.

I didn't like the fact that we had to leave after 3 days. I could have stayed so much longer.

My husband and I were keen for a bit of R&R while visiting family in Flaxton. Mitta Glen met every expectation and more. Our host was the delightful Deana who couldn't do enough for us and made us feel so welcome. We loved everything about our stay. Our room, the views, the food. Phenomenal! Would highly recommend.

A bedside lamp on both sides of the bed for bedtime readers. Only one in our room.

Breakfasts were amazing. Loads of choice presented beautifully. Bathrooms were clean and well set up. Everything we needed was available plus more. Cosy room. Car parking was easy and close. Host was friendly and helpful finding great restaurants locally and booking for us.

The fact we could only stay for 1 night

Deana has done a superb job at making her guests feel at home. Accommodation was very clean, attention to detail was phenomenal, and hospitality was exceptional. Deana went above and beyond that of the usual host and even managed to book us a restaurant for dinner that she recommended. The continental breakfast she provided the following morning was spectacular and Deana shared her beautiful home to allow us to partake in the feast that she lavishly provided to us.

There's absolutely nothing to dislike!

Our whole stay was delightful! Deana is an exceptional host - breakfast was beyond delicious and her handmade carrot muffins were to die for! The property is simply beautiful - so quiet, so green, it was lovely just to spend time in the garden - there are so many nooks where you can sit and enjoy the scenery and the tranquility. The pool was the perfect temperature, and the lounges are just perfect for catching up on that book you've been meaning to read. The property is convenient to everything the hinterland has to offer - and the rooms and bathrooms feel super luxurious and restful. We stayed 2 nights but could have stayed for a month!!! Deana even organised dinner reservations for us and made sure we had a pick up and drop off service.

There was nothing not to like! The house is gorgeous and has so much charm to it.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and Deana has put a lot of love and thought into the recent renovations. It was so private and tranquil to spend three days here with friends over New Year. Deana welcomed us on arrival and showed us around, she gave us recommendations on where to eat and booked all of our dinner reservations for us, which was so kind of her to do. Deana was such a gracious host. Her warm and caring nature really made us feel so welcome in her home. She served fresh breakfast every morning up on the back veranda, which was a lovely way to start the day. Her cat Nala is an absolute sweetheart too who would join us for breakfast every morning, which was so cute.
