It was a share house, so it wasn't pristine. The door lock wasn't great, but I still felt safe.

The manager Mauricio, and his partner, were absolutely amazing! Very friendly, and helpful. They really made the place feel like home. Our room was so big and spacious, and looked out into the woods, so was very serene. We stayed here while we started work and looked for a flat. It was a great location, easy to get to the city and airport. It is a hilly area, and there are stairs at this place.

Check in at 3:30pm which is late for a check in anyway and then our room wasn’t ready until 4pm because the cleaners were late. Windows open without the fly screens on so the place was filled with mozzies and we got bitten to shreds. Shared areas are a bit dirty.

Very comfortable beds, plenty of cups/plates/kitchen utensils to use and fully functional kitchen which was great!

Dear Owners/Management, Perhaps you could warn people about the steps/stairs and their steepness. Please put in some hand rails. A lump of pipe that comes loose from the fence is not a hand rail – in fact it makes things more dangerous. Descending with a 23kg suit case is no fun, going up even less so. Please place the key lock boxes at eye level, and make it well lit. The combination is almost impossible to see in the dark at waist level.

The door to our room was not closing properly. Sometimes the toilet clogged and made some noises probably because of the other rooms from the next floor.

The kitchen, bathroom and the rooms are well equipped. You feel yourself at home straight away. It's a peaceful and calm area where you can relax.

We could not lock our personal room, we did not feel safe to leave our stuff with another 4 people staying there. Place offered American or gluten free breakfast, but it looked like leftovers from previous people...mouldy bread, everything open, empty egg container, no milk, same in the fridge.

Slightly unclean kitchen area, a lack of hot water, couldn’t find the WiFi code.

Our stay was pleasant and we had a big area completely to ourself which had a cozy feel. The bed was also very comfy. The property itself had so much potential but it just could do with a good deep clean.

Owners were overseas. In their absence the accommodation had become unclean and neglected. Beautiful back verandah stank of stale tobacco from all the cigarette buts left in ashtrays. Kitchen generally unclean with dirty dishes left overnight.

Comfortable bed, close to excellent Cafe, 'Paddock', became my morning ritual.

I need to carry my luggages downstairs again and again , and I didn't ask for hope, but whenever the staff saw me trying so hard to move my luggages which I have 4, he just start to cough violently, and said he want to help me but he just so sick. And when I saw him , he was like smoking, can a sick-cough-man smoke? Everything was normal, but whenever I try to move luggages, he will cough immediately, when I went far away from he can saw, he just stopped. It's sooooooo ridiculous! I didn't even asked, but he actioning like a DRAMA KING.

I did not like that the windows shadows weren't attached so I couldn't roll them up or down to let in light. Also the dishes were covered in some mold as well as many of them dirty,. I couldn't find my room key and all the front door keys were hidden in a drawer. All in all it was just dirty and under prepared for guest arrival, from missing batteries in the remotes, to wasps in the light fixtures that stung me, to big spiders in the bathroom, possibly a snake or something underneath the stove in the kitchen. Aside from that it was a place to put your head down and sleep, And once you got past those things it was decently comfy to just relax and talk to people

I liked how close it was to things around the city, it was refreshing to have so where to sit outside and most things worked

Dirty entrance, overgrown trees, fallen leaves all over the steps and front making a slip hazard. People's shoes all over from deck-trip hazard. Nobody to meet, greet show me the room. No lock on my door. Lots of mosquitos. Strange vibe like a grungy student house.

Balcony didn’t really look like the pictures wasn’t that clean. Same with the garden view from the balcony. The red finch room said it has a balcony and I assumed (never assume it makes an assist of you and me) that this would mean that you could go out to the balcony from the room but no you could not. Also if someone was out on the balcony then you couldn’t open the blinds and therefore no natural light could come in. Also the balcony had broken chairs. Door on the red finch door locks the door knob into place but you can still open the door. The room said it was meant to have air conditioning but it did not. Kitchen is a bit small but not a big deal. The door to the balcony keeps coming off slightly and is very squeaky. The stairs are a bit uneven coming down to the house so just be careful especially in rainy weather like it was. I came to this place before and the cockatoo room is not bad however it does not have any windows and barely any fans. The cockatoo room has a tv but we didn’t use last time so I don’t know if it works. The red finch room does not have a tv. It would have been a bit pricey without the discount that I got. I am used to paying the same for an air conditioned rooms. Oh yeah I think the bedsheets are a bit old or too small as they kept coming off the bed. Which reviewed a fair fur bare skin rug on top of the mattress. There was only hanging space in the rooms as well

It was quite a big bedroom quite a decent size. Bathroom was quite clean as well guy living upstairs was also very nice. I believe he is the guy that looks after the house. Quite chill place to stay. Pretty good area to stay in. Not too far as we had a car.

Weird check-in. Difficult to get hold of owners/staff. Thankfully we got a room, but the 7-month pregnant woman and her husband who had booked for 1 night didn’t get a room and had to find somewhere else to stay.
