Bathroom on the small side. No slippers in the room.

Our room was beautiful and comfortable, the bed was really comfortable. The balcony was a nice touch but as the view wasn't really that appealing we didn't spend much time on the balcony, outdoor furniture was provided on the balcony. It's nice to be able to open the balcony door instead of the air conditioning. It is very peaceful and quiet during the night.

It's quiet and comfortable. The bedroom was quiet, away from traffic and the bed was comfortable. The apartment is spacious with plenty of space to spread out and relax with comfortable couches. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The staff helped us with all our questions about getting out.

Parking was street parking, and we had to pay for it. Though its in the main area, so a lot of cars were parked.

The property was excellent with all the facilities including an outdoor seating and exactly as detailed in pictures. It has all the amenities and spacious rooms, kitchen etc. Stayed with a family of 5 and we really loved the place and location.

A very spacious, light and modern house, very easy as regards public transport to access Darling Harbour, Circular Quay...everywhere. We had plenty of room, a lovely modern kitchen, although a toaster would be great. We will stay there again!

Long complaint list below: 1. Faulty smoke alarms which rang at 3am in the morning and then rang every three hours! No smoke at all! When I contacted the property, very slow response, only acknowledged the receipt of my message, then nothing further! 2. There are ants (lots of) on the kitchen countertop which is disgusting! 3. Only one air con upstairs, with NO fan! 4. No parking available and really hard to find a street park (free) nearby. Had to park somewhere in 20mins walk! 5. The property is a really OLD one, don’t be fooled by the photos. 6. The mattress basically has no support at all. All supplies are very basic. 7. No dry machine, only has a wash machine.

Front entrance to property disgusting. Cleaners added to a broken more rubbish to bin. Left rubbish on ground no sweeping. No escape if fire took control. Cleaners left previous tenants dirty cups and signs of other material left on selves. No privacy. couldn't even flush toilet. Photo of property taken a year earlier in much better shape. Backyard is full of weeds. We couldn't stay near, stayed out until one in the morning and left as soon as we could in the morning. Showered when I got home. Towels smelt like it had been used on pets.

There were several maintenance issues. 1. The back door was broken and barely locked - I'm sure someone could pull it open if they tried. 2. The stair rail was broken in one the of 3 mounting points that held it to the wall, so was not feeling safe to use it when walking up and down the stairs. 3. The TV wasn't connected to an antenna, so there was no way to watch local TV. The TV did work through internet TV apps, but missing free-to-air TV was weird. 4. The air con in the upstairs bedroom was missing the fins, so the air just shot out instead of being directed. 5. The upstairs toliet leaked, so every 20 or 30 seconds the tap would turn on. This was quite noisy, and kept me awake at night. 6. There were no curtains or any window coverings on the upstairs bedroom windows, so would recommend bringing an eye patch if you can't sleep with the light coming in. 7. On arrival the wheelie bin was fully overflowing on the street with a broken lid. It stayed on the street not being emptied for the first 2 days we were there and was quite smelly.
