Poor instructions on entering and exiting the gated community, noisey neighbours above throughout the night not able to get any sleep with foot stamping through the night. Completely no wife signal throughout the stay and the host was extremely slow in replying messages. Last minute change to our unit as well. Beds were badly maintained with dust on pillows and at the front of the bedframe. Towels were ragged. Would not recommend to anyone.

If I had any viable alternatives, I would have gone elsewhere and requested a refund once I discovered stained blankets, dirty glasses, and the whole unit in a very shabby state. Threadbare towels as well. By booking through Booking.com, I feel this property damages your brand and dents my confidence in using your service again.

The unit was not for disabilities, absolutely filthy from walls to floors to furniture to linen. It looked nothing like the pictures not even the same furniture or outlay of the unit shown in photos. The furniture was dirty shabby and broken like it was what an op shop had thrown out the back for the rubbish tip. I have never seen anything so bad and to top it off the police were there constantly running around and arresting people in other units, then there were detectives running around. Other nights it was just constantly screaming voices from other units. We had to cut our stay and left it was that bad!!!!! JUST DONT BOOK THIS PLACE IT BAD ON EVERY LEVEL AND YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!!!!

The worst accommodation I have ever stayed in and I would not recommend an overnight stay, too expensive and poorly managed. I asked for the ground floor for my disabled son and was given first-floor access with stairs. The caretaker on site assisted, and we were reassigned. He called the management, and I explained the situation. It's not acceptable considering I'd sent emails and phoned twice. Property - too difficult to get the key, poor security, rubbish in and all around the complex. Inside the apartment - dirty stove, floors needed mopping, broken base on the master bed, not enough towels, toiletries insufficient. Decor cheap, old furniture from Salvos.

This place was in housing commission. Very loud people all around lots of kids running around, doors slamming and yelling. Cigarette burns in one of the beds, the place smelled like stale smoke. The TV remote didn't work and had to share batteries between that and the aircon. Not a pleasant stay and we ended up leaving a day early.

Cleanliness was very poor. No TV remote. Door wouldnt lock from the outside with key (could only be locked from inside) also there was drug baggies (empty with partial remains) in the draw which hadn’t been emptied from previous guests. I was not happy with that at all.

The whole set up to get into the property is ridiculous and never seen the owners, the care taker was helpful thankfully, the rooms weren’t very clean and the bedding was very minimal and the mattresses were cheap inner spring mattresses…that photos of the property are VERY deceiving!!! WAS NOT WORTH $289 per night we felt dirty and unsafe in the whole complex not to mention the constant stomping around from the people in the room above us

The place was filthy. The key safe code was incorrect There was no hot water The bedding configuration was not as advertised The site manager lied to Booking.com when asked to explain the situation An offer to re-clean the property was useless as we had a one night stay and the handyman came in the morning to assess no hot water. The hot water system was plugged in incorrectly. The worst property I have ever stayed at. Photos on booking.com were not even the right apartment

The bed in the second room was extremely uncomfortable, I could feel the springs and did not sleep much at all the first night. I had to share the other bed with my friend the second night so I could get some sleep. The floors were dusty and my feet got black from it, the whole unit had a grubby feel to it. The cutlery and dishes were not clean properly and we had to wash them before using them, there were no wine or champagne glasses, no chopping board or sharp knife. No tea towel was provided only a bath mat to use to dry dishes. The blinds in the lounge room are stained, the outside furniture is very uncomfortable and the aircon unit on the balcony blasts hot air out so you can't sit outside as it is in the direct line of where you can sit. The outside clothes rack is taped to a pole so it doesn't fall apart. The curtain in the second bedroom fell on my head when I tried to open the curtains. The cushions on the lounge are dusty. We were told to ring a number when we arrived for the gate to be opened although the call did not go through so we had to leave a message for them to open the gate, which took several minutes while we waited outside the gate hoping we could get in, which was worrying as we arrived around 9pm and could hear police sirens and did not feel safe in the area. No code was given so we could get back out the gate or back in when we wanted, we had to ask another tenant for the codes. We would not stay here again.
