The location was great. I booked this place because we were attending Magic Round at Suncorp Stadium, it was an easy walk over the bridge to the stadium and in the opposite direction was Southbank - perfect for families and buzzing with wonderful restaurants.

The kitchen wasn't the cleanest, we re washed cups and utensils and bench before using. It would be helpful to have a wee rew extra things in the kitchen to help with cooking like oil, mixed herbs just to help out when cooking, and another pot.

Great location in the centre of the amazing south Bank area. The beds are very comfortable. Was a good place to stay. My other comments are just suggestions, we were more than happy with our stay. Thank you.

not enough mugs, plates, no paper towel or tissues

The location was good for what we needed, parking was easy and convenient. Room needs more plates and coffee/tea mugs, was not enough for all 6 people staying. Would also be good to have had some paper towel and tissues to use as needed. Beds are squeaky but comfortable mattresses, loved the deco.

Instructions to find entry to car park via back lane could have been a bit clearer. An in-room clothes dryer would have been great as the laundry dryer was being constantly used and the others were not working. Didn't like the sheer curtains in the lounge for privacy purposes. Really needs better or block out curtains.

Location was great for us. Lift to our floors made it easy to take luggage up and get in and out of the building. Although only one lift working we didn't have to wait long for it. Three bedrooms with ensuites was great for a family of six. Never met our host but communication with him was quick and he was helpful.

Single beds were pretty creaky and there’s no dining table just swinging bar chairs at a bench and only 4 of them even though the property accommodates 6.

Couldn't fault this property or the Host - just perfect for us all.

We arrived in Brisbane Airport at 6.30am so were too early for normal check-in time. I had already contacted Chenzhi who said we could drop luggage off with the Reception Staff. (They were very helpful). Collected keys from Lockbox at front of property later. Apartment was very spacious, 3 good sized bedrooms/bathrooms with kitchen. Having kitchen and utensils allowed us to sort our own breakfast/evening meals as needed. It's within easy walking distance of South Bank, so travelling into CBD via ferry or train is a piece of cake. Exceptionally good value at this property for 4 days stay - 1 couple + 2 singles. Thank you for making this an enjoyable part of our stay in Australia and sorry for the late feedback.

The pool was not advertised as a facility (although featured in a photo) so that was fine but the kids were a little disappointed to see it dirty and did not swim. Although there was a washing machine, there were no drying facilities (needs either a dryer machine or a clothes airer/rack).

We liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the beds were comfortable to sleep on. Everything seemed clean and fairly newly renovated. Location was excellent.

Fantastic location ! An easy walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, museums & galleries, ferries and Southbank. There was laundry detergent, wash up liquid, tea, coffee & milk. A very well appointed kitchen although we did not cook.

Decor - wall paper awful to look at and poorly hung / peeling off. Paintwork poor. Repairs , painting, wallpaper had obviously been done by unskilled person as they were all shoddy.

The size of the apartment . It's very roomy. The kitchen is lovely and well equipped. 3 bathrooms was fantastic. Location awesome

All facilities at the apartment were excellent. Ironing facilities with washer and drying was appreciated. Single bed mattresses were poor quality. We had to use a single bed as the curtains in the main bedroom were being repaired the next morning at 9am. That was done with minimal fuss however the repairer left the balcony sliding door open so anyone could have got in.

We took our own breakfast. The location was excellent right in the heart of Brisbane and within walking distance to Queen Street Mall, QPAC and all major restaurants at South Bank. The double and queen size beds were very comfortable which is extremely important. I always enjoy having a flannel and nice fluffy towel for a great shower. I was not disappointed. It was excellent value for money. Eileen was very accommodating as we arrived at around 11pm and she was there to greet us. It was so great to have free parking and easy access to our vehicle as my husband was having surgery in Brisi and this apartment met all our criteria.

Very close to galleries, which are excellent..and to river There's a shop nearby and a cafe on the corner too. We had some trouble and needed to stay for the day of checkout and our hosts were super kind and accomodating.Thanks !

Guys I am travelling in Australia from last 17 years.when I get to the hotel some one was already staying in the hotel illegally.i think they were drug addict peoples.and owner of the property told me to go and talk with them and tell them to go out of the room.the owner of the property told me some people's did it before as well.so I have to run away with my family from the hotel.worst customer service I have ever experienced until now.guys stay away from this property.
