Maybe an extra tea towel would have been usefull. Otherwise everything else was great.

Plenty of different spaces for the adults and kids to unwind in, great size yard and spacious bedrooms. Kitchen was fully equipped and the kids loved the table tennis set up in the garage.

The queen beds were too soft. The smoke alarm also randomly went off in the middle of one night.

Had to bring our own linen and towels which wasn’t known until after I’d booked. Bed base in main bedroom was broken and propped up, as was the TV remote in the main bedroom.

Pet friendly. Plenty of room. Fantastic to have two living areas. Plenty of indoor entertainment options with table tennis, movies, gaming device. Large grassy backyard.

We liked everything, and I can see that with a little street appeal and clean driveway the house would receive even better reviews.

Lovely, quiet residential street with plenty of street parking available. The size of the house is deceiving when you first arrive as the block is long not wide. Lovely surprise when you go through front door and see how big it actually is. Bathrooms and kitchen renovated recently.

Bunk room very cramped ,probably be better if there were twin beds or just one set of bunks. No where to store luggage ,and very stuffy at night .The main bedroom was great ,other queen bedroom also very small ,but bed comfy . A welcome pack would have been appreciated ,with tea ,coffee ,long life milk ,maybe salt and pepper and sugar .we had to go shopping before we even had a cuppa . Also in movie room ,the tv would not work ,my husband and son both tried, and they are both good with tech things .

We were there to mind grandchildren as son and daughter in law at wedding ,they were involved in bridal party ,so we didnt have much time to explore ,but playground near house was amazing . Backyard at house was fantastic for children and dog .

Air fresheners/diffusers. Perfumes often trigger migraine headaches so I try to avoid staying in places that use them. I ended up putting the roses under the kitchen sink and the diffuser in the main bath in the cabinet.

The backyard/garden was amazing! I’d imagine that something would be blooming any time if the year. dogs loved basing able to chase a ball out back. We loved the updated bathrooms! Beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal. Beds were very comfortable. easy walk to the beach.

Well, since you ask here is a very picky response: the handbasin in the ensuite bathroom is hopeless for cleaning your teeth!

Very nice house indeed with a really good feel and excellent appointments and facilities. We walked to the beach several times, played family volleyball in the nice garden and ate outside. (We left the hosts question blank because we didn't meet a host as such, but Kylie the agent was thoroughly good).

This isn’t a criticism, just making sure people know. You need to bring all your own food, including salt, pepper and cooking oil.

This was our second stay. Even better than the first! Since our last stay, the bathrooms have been renovated. We love the location - easy 10 min walk to the beach, cafes and Beachside golf course. Spacious house with two separate living areas and a separate dining area. Comfortable couches. Kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm. Deck out the back for bbq and outdoor meals. Dog friendly. And, great communication and help from Kylie!

The location is great, walking distance to club, beach, coffee shop. Close to golf course, which is fabulous. A couple of hickups , key code had changed, but dealt with quickly over phone, hot water ran out, apparently solar but we did not know, but... these things happen.. once again was worked out after phone call, just a bit late for us, would go to this location again.

The master bed was uncomfortable. The second double bedroom was cramped and the whole place had a very strange layout. It felt as though we were borrowing someone’s home for a while rather than renting a holiday accommodation. As an overseas visitor it’s a real problem to provide your own sheets and towels.
