I chose it even thought it was an original style because I wonted to support small family business than give all my custom to the bigger chain motels. I have sent a review already about the check in confusion with my credit. After reading the text that was sent to me they had sent all the details yo me about the check in and it was my fault that I didn't understand all of the information . I will text them tommorow and inform them of my mistake on not getting the details right. They were very informative on their instructions and there was do much to take in. . Perhaps stating in bold type very early in message would have alerted me to what was required and I would have made sure I knew my credit card pin.. Please don't put my last review online it was not their fault. They really tried to help me. . My health was not good at the time so I was feeling stressed. I had not experienced a check in like this before so I was caught off guard. Thankyou for your understanding and don't give these people s bad review. I booked a hotel in sydney for Tues day night be sure it was close to the hospital didn't know it was a self check in and have spent hours trying to fill out there online requests without success and have had to ring the companies help line twice even though I did what they said . He did it for me but I had to text him a copy of my drivers licence. I don't like giving too much of my personal information online but I had no choice. It is all fixed now. . I wish it was explained to me that their is nobody there to see . I was hoping for some assistance. . You probably know what one it is as I only book through you. Darlinghurst. Sydney.. It has caused me a lot of stress without this knowledge. Please inform your customers of the situation with this stay so they understand fully what they are getting. Maybe it was their but I didn't notice it. Sorry if it was my mistake. Thankyou for taking the time. .

It's a motel so it's not a 5 star hotel, but the room was spacious and clean, large bathroom, good shower, comfortable bed. There's also a friendly little dog that you might get to pat if you're lucky.

The room and ensuite were beautifully clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to be provided with microwave, toaster etc. There were two armchairs and two dining chairs (stays in other motels quite often only provide one!!). The balcony had a sea view. Rachelle at reception was very friendly and welcoming.

walk to beach in picture of add is bit further than I thought. Bathroom basin bit tired but still ok for the price. I think this motel is earmarked to make way for apartments so can understand keeping to basic maintenance for visitors comfort. Office hours advertised 3-6 which is ok if you don’t need anything but again I am sure the owners would help outside of hours.

room itself was very clean and suited my needs. Sheets were excellent, so soft and comfy. Good price for the ulladulla area. Speaking to the owner one morning, he told me of a beach which was good for a swim if you wanted to get away from waves. Was good tip.

For the price there's nothing I could fault

Location was excellent for what I needed. Rachelle is delightful to deal with. The motel is old style but impeccable clean and there's plenty of amenity included with the room.
