This is probably the best equipped apartment we have every stayed at, kitchen had everything you could need; BBQ, washing machine, dryer, tv, access to Netflix and Wifi, aircon in every room. Michelle we very welcoming on our arrival and a perfect hostess with lots of recommendations on places to visit and best local eateries. Apartment was right in the middle of town, directly opposite the lagoon and steps away from the shops and restaurants.

Terrific spot in walking distance to restaurants, pubs, cafes and the lagoon pool. Montipora was appointed with care and class. Undercover parking, secure, immaculately clean, lovely quality linen and towels, all the little things considered eg chocolates, gladwrap,Tupperware, loads of ice to make for an easy perfect stay.

We were very happy with our stay there was nothing we didn't like.

The unit was centrally located to all major shopping outlets, transport and restaurants. It was fully contained with excellent balcony views. Our host Michelle was so informative from time of our booking and on our departure.

Our host Michelle was awesome, we stayed at her property for 10 days it is absolutely immaculate with views of both sunrise and sunset, views of the pool, ocean and mountains you can’t ask for more. When it comes to taking care of her guests Michelle has you covered with a fully equipped apartment everything you could possibly need and more. If you have a car there is a private car space otherwise everything is within walking distance and the bus is just outside the building, Woolies is a two minute walk although Michelle has supplied all the basics for you, restaurants are everywhere so you are spoilt for choice it’s in the perfect location. Thank you once again for letting us stay in your stunning apartment.

Not so much a dislike but people with mobility issues should note this apartment has a few steps to negotiate, as there is no lift.

Being a regular visitor to Airlie Beach over the past 40+ yrs, I would have no hesitation in saying Montipora unit 3 is, far and away, the best apartment we have had the privilege of staying in. Michelle has left no stone unturned in providing everything for even the most discerning traveller. We found the apartment to be spotlessly clean and oozed quality, from the kitchen utensils to the bed linen and everything in between. Ideally located for everyone from a young family (with the lagoon so closeby) to us more senior type as there's no hills to climb. Special touches like Michelles complimentry pick up and drop off at the ferry terminal topped off a very special week for us. If anyone is thinking of an Airlie Beach stay, book this place and I guarantee you wont be disappointed.
