We liked everything.

Michelle was delightful, and made us feel welcome prior to our arrival. She met us as soon as we arrived, and took our luggage inside until check-in time, to save us carrying them. Despite the flight of stairs, Michelle insisted on taking them upstairs for us. She contacted us when they had finished cleaning, and let us check in early. She met us to give us the keys, and showed us around. The Apartment was incredibly clean, and felt very homely. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything you could need. It was just like home. The utensils, crockery, etc was good quality. There was even plastic bowls, plates, etc, for Children. The Oven, Microwave, Stove top and Dishwasher were all easy to use. We loved the Teapots, and lovely placemats and coasters. There were even things to clean the BBQ with. Michelle clearly puts her heart and soul into her rental apartment, as it is full of nice little touches. There are lovely books, games, magazines, and a very comprehensive guide to the apartment, and the Airlie Beach area. We were gifted Cookies, Milk, and Chocolate, which were much appreciated. . The kitchen cupboard included Cling Film, Foil, Oil, etc, which was so handy. There was also Insect Repellent, Sunscreen, and Hand Sanitiser. The bathroom was very spacious, with two sinks and plenty of room. There was Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand Wash, Tissues, and Lavatory Paper, all Earth Friendly brands. I was also greatful to find Bandaids. Bath Salts were also in the cupboard. It had a skylight, so it was nice and light. The Laundry had everything you'd need, including a pull-out clothes airer, which we used to hang out our washing. There was also a lovely canvas Bag to borrow, and Coles shopping bags, which we used to carry our groceries. We also appreciated the Beach Towels and large Umbrellas. The terrace is a nice spot to eat, and the cushions were comfortable and very pretty. Thank you!

The location of the unit was absolutely perfect for our family holiday! It was also stocked with so many creature comforts that made our stay so easy and carefree. Michelle is so lovely and helpful, we can’t wait to be back!

This is probably the best equipped apartment we have every stayed at, kitchen had everything you could need; BBQ, washing machine, dryer, tv, access to Netflix and Wifi, aircon in every room. Michelle we very welcoming on our arrival and a perfect hostess with lots of recommendations on places to visit and best local eateries. Apartment was right in the middle of town, directly opposite the lagoon and steps away from the shops and restaurants.

Spotless clean, home away from home, fully equipped right down to board game, condiments, laundry products etc. Perfect location on the main street of Airlie Beach, walking distance to everything with the lagoon out front.

The apartment is well appointed, beautifully decorated and furnished. We are four seniors and were a little concerned about only one restroom, however we were very pleased to find that the restroom is huge, with two sinks and a large shower/tub. It was never a problem. The location is in the heart of Airlie, but it is private and quiet at night. We loved our stay, we really appreciate the communication with Michelle and would highly recommend!

Terrific spot in walking distance to restaurants, pubs, cafes and the lagoon pool. Montipora was appointed with care and class. Undercover parking, secure, immaculately clean, lovely quality linen and towels, all the little things considered eg chocolates, gladwrap,Tupperware, loads of ice to make for an easy perfect stay.

The unit was centrally located to all major shopping outlets, transport and restaurants. It was fully contained with excellent balcony views. Our host Michelle was so informative from time of our booking and on our departure.

Our host Michelle was awesome, we stayed at her property for 10 days it is absolutely immaculate with views of both sunrise and sunset, views of the pool, ocean and mountains you can’t ask for more. When it comes to taking care of her guests Michelle has you covered with a fully equipped apartment everything you could possibly need and more. If you have a car there is a private car space otherwise everything is within walking distance and the bus is just outside the building, Woolies is a two minute walk although Michelle has supplied all the basics for you, restaurants are everywhere so you are spoilt for choice it’s in the perfect location.
