The distance from the reception as it was mostly up hill. This was only a problem for me but would not be for others.

The seclusion, log fire, hot spa, breakfast hamper the warm greeting on arrival and the wild life.

We were very happy with our cabin Harmony, it was private and quiet, with a spa looking out into the rainforest. The little fireplace and kitchen kept us warm and comfortable during our stay. The property is beautiful with a nice damn and nicely manicured gardens, perfect for a walk around. Can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic time here. Thank you guys so much! Everything was excellent - from the double spa bath to the awesome fire place. The best way to relax and just spend time, relaxing! Shower was excellent too, perfect pressure! Wonderful hosts, so friendly and welcoming. You can't go wrong here. You'll love it!

Could not fault anything about this place. Everything was perfect and felt so welcomed. Only down side is our holiday had to end.

I loved every part of it, the spa is spacious and the views are amazing the cabin was equipped with everything we needed, there was even a little cook top and a BBQ on the balcony. The rain was a very unique experience too

I did ask to be charged at the time of arrival, but payment was taken from C/C before arrival, i would have prefered to pay with another option. Also we had issues with over payment twice but i was sorted within 2 days.

There is nothing we would change

Everything was well considered. Spacious, private cabin with large spa bath, cosy fire that was easy to operate, lovely breakfast basket and port for by the fire after dinner. Fluffy soft robes, beautiful rainforest surrounds with only the birds to be heard. Serenity plus!

Only thing we disliked was the ants entering via the window near the spa and the 3 large huntsmen aswell as several big cockroaches. Sprayed them with insect spray provided, but it took away from our comfort... hate creepy crawlies! Having said that it must be mentioned that the cabin was very clean and thus the visitors mentioned were very unexpected.

Breakfast hamper was good. Location was convenient. Cabin was clean. Spa was nice.

I didn't like that when I booked there were only 2 rooms to choose from and I chose the one with no spar and lake view and we got the spar and no lake view. There is no stairs or any form of access from the rooms to the lake or the garden area or any chairs to even sit if you did get down there, and the lake could have been a little bit more cared for it was a bit overgrown.

The bed suspended from the ceiling was very difficult To get into. It was too high for me, and squeaked at the slightest movement. And complete lack of maintenance at the cabin,

It was very quiet and peaceful. The port and chocolates On arrival were a pleasant surprise. The kitchenette was very well equipped, and the host was very helpful.

I didn't like the that booking.com has it list with wi-fi and laundry facilities that we paid for and the staff told us that they have had difficulty haven't it removed. We picked the place based on certain things and wi fi was definitely a big lost, also based on the photos when booking the garden view was different and the garden view wasn't much either there were similar cabins with better views. So I probably won't be booking anything else from booking.com again. You can't run a business like that very poor false information.. and will advise my friend's as well.

The breakfast was fine everything was fresh and nice. Location was great it was what people want when your looking for a relaxing few days. The spa was great would have been better with the right view.

Unfortunately the control for the spa was on the wall, so to turn it on and off you had to get out of the bath and walk across the room.

It was very private, had a beautiful outlook and the gardens were beautiful. The hosts made sure we were very well looked after, with food, plenty of firewood, and a very well appointed cabin. We will definitely go back!
