Took us half an hour to try to find a park and then walking in the dark to find an old flag outside a residence so we could get the key.

The issue of picking up and dropping off the keys was a nuisance and a waste of holiday time on a short stay. Also the minuscule amount of toiletries and washing up requirements was also annoying requiring purchase of same and throwing most of it away or being forced to carry it. This is annoying and surely the cost impact to the business of providing this is similarly miniscule

Maybe some of the furniture could be updated. The table was an appropriate size for the unit but the surface was quite damaged and we couldn’t get the extension leaves to lock into place.

Excellent location. Really suited our needs. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely used Sandcastles again.

Careful with the underground carpark, there's a crack on the cement above the carpark that seeps water which is a bit acidic and has stained the glass on our car

Accessing the keys to the property was difficult. We didn’t know the town and we had to find parking and then find the property agent on the Esplanade. The staff member there was unhelpful. She assumed that we knew the area. She also said she would contact us by phone or sms when the room was ready to move in. We received no message at all and we obtained access with good help from the Sandcastles reception team. When we checked out we again had to find parking before returning the keys to the property agent. The staff member this time was more helpful and concerned with our previous situation.

Noise early in the mornings and sometimes at night due to the closeness of the surf club. Taps and shower head were leaking.

Was quite noisy, been so close to the surf club, heard the garbage truck and workmen quite early in the mornings. Was left only 1 garbage bag in the bin, had to buy more as well as dishwashing detergent and clothes detergent. Ran out of hot water, my husband and I had to take a shower 30 mins apart.

The Surf Club was disappointing

I had trouble finding the real estate agent with the locked box, but Larah came out and helped me. She was delightful and I couldn't have done it without her! The beach was perfect - soft sand, good waves, easy to walk, lovely! And it was right across from our apartment!

The staff on reception not helpful at all didn't even say morning.Dont think the room is big enough for a family saying that perfect for myself and husband.

Loved the view and the pool was wonderful most of the time I was the only one swimming . Everything was within walking distance..The sunrise was amazing..will definitely be back

The only problem we had was the very small shower, but this would not deter me from booking it again.

I have stayed in other hotels in Mooloolaba twice earlier this year and found this to be good value for money in a great location, only had to cross road and straight into surf club.

the information received on returning the jets was confusing. we weren’t sure they had to go back in the drop box. it was lucky I still had the text with the security numbers. more detailed instructions on returning keys would be helpful

Nothing really.

One bedroom hence Suitable for a couple only. On plus side excellent location. No need for a car it is close to everything. One minute walk to the Mooloolaba beach, restaurants and shops.
