my only bad thing was the water was barely hot, even in the shower the hot tap was turned to full and the water temp was tepid and the flow of water was not the best either, that is my only bad experience, the rest of my stay was great.

Sorry but nothing comes to mind. But if you really get picky, a small pair of scissors to open the small long life milk packs, or am I doing it wrong, haha. Now that’s getting trivial!

Very well cleaned accomodation. We were near the main entrance and was worried about traffic noise both internal patrons and external. Absolutely not a problem. Did not become aware of traffic or think about it until leaving when I realised it wasn’t a problem. Friendly helpful staff. Recommend and we will be returning in winter.

Our bed was a little uncomfortable- however I think we are just blessed at home with a new bed.

Not enough cutlery for 4 people. Light bulb missing from bedroom lamp. Dirty plate in cupboard

The park manager/owner was friendly, but it wouldn't hurt for him to smile....we also had to ask about the Wi-Fi password the following day to our arrival, but to be fair we arrived outside normal hours so maybe that was the reason he forgot.

We required no fuss accommodation for Easter, this fit the bill really well. There was a kids playground that was a sandpit with play equipment and the kids enjoyed it fine. The park was very quiet and safe to have children be kids. We had no issues at any time with staff or visitors of the park. If your after a budget place to stay I would defiantly recommend. Port Sorell was lovely and if your happy to dive 1 hour in any direction there was plenty to do and see.

the only thing I can complain about was the bed was very small and in wheels but wasn’t uncomfortable but wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

The location was ideal to be close to our family and friends. The property was exactly what we needed for a short stay but would happily stay there again for another couple of nights.

Cabin needs updating. Couch very uncomfortable. Bed a bit lumpy & squeaky. Curtains didn't quite 'meet'.

No little milk eventhough there was coffee and tea facilities. Only one bed was made when the booking was for 3. Weird?

Wasn't able to find games room.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, good facilities. Good value for money. 5 minute (approx) walk for dinner and 10 minute (approx) from the beach. Amazingly clean town, walked around with no shoes. Kids park was very clean, safe (protectors around swing pole) and loved the clean sand.

Update paintwork and heating. You need hooks and shelves to store clothes. Space is a little cramped. i.e, door is centred, which restricts room use.

Price wise good. Location easy to find. Very friendly staff.

Curtains were closed so very dark on entry, chairs were stacked on table, had to make my bed, no condiments in kitchen, shower had grime on floor and part way up the sides, Donna's very thin had to use two to keep warm, not impressed

Playground area for kids definitely needs attention, play equipment out dated and unsafe. Also not properly fenced
