Comfortable home with history…all necessary amenities

Quite dusty especially above the bed in picture frames that fell on the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable and the place was a bit dated.

Chairs were broken in the dinning room and the kitchen. The bed in one of the rooms was sqeeky and everytime you rolled over it was noisy. I know it's a small thing but very annoying. Many of the out of way surfaces were not dusted. Cards and games supplied were missing parts or not full decks. There is paint peeling off some of the walls. Keypad was fine in the day but hard to see at night as it does not light up until you put the code in so you need your phone to show the numbers

The location is great. Handy to Woolies within walking distance as were a number of takeaway places. It's a house not an apartment with a lovely outdoor area off the master. The bedrooms were all large with hanging spaces. Kitchen was great for a holiday and the laundry was a lovely extra with powder supplied. They have coffee and tea available and lots of information in the compendium.

only thing that worried us was the hallway carpet was a little unstable.

we looked after Breakfast every morning. the position were the house was excellent we were there to 10 pin bowl just around the corner. the size of the house was larger then we thought. big rooms no keys was a good thing key pad is a great idea. would i stay there again YES

There is some road noise due to the location. However the convenience outweighs the negative noise aspect.

A spacious and comfortable home with ifamily friendly indoor and outdoor spaces, without stairs or hazards.Very nice bathrooms! Walking distance to facilities, shops, bakeries and restaraunts. Off street parking.

The house was very cold when we arrived late in the afternoon and took sometime to warm up. But once warm it was good. A dishwasher would have been good but there's no room for one so that was fine.

The location was great. Great size for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. We had a small issue with plumbing but the host/manager had this fixed within a few hours.

Beds were uncomfortable, it wasn’t fully clean, some lighting features were broken, some rooms weren’t heated and it was cold, tv remotes need new batteries

Cleaning could have been a little better. Biscuit crumbs / pieces under lounge table, shared toilet not flushed (still had paper) curtain next to bin in dining room black along bottom.

Slow to get hot water ,wasted a lot of water before it got hot.

The back yard could do with a whipper snip, tidy up, sweep, etc. Apart from that, all was very comfortable.

It was good to have a washing machine and dryer but the washing machines spin cycle did not work which was frustrating. But other than that we were happy with the accomodation.

The kitchen needs a bit of work. The stove is an older model and the hotplates took awhile to warm up and the liners in the shelves need changing. There were only 2 fry pans and saucepans and limited lids for them. There were some good extras though in the way of serving platters, plastic comtainers and bowls and crockery and cutlery. It was advertised that there was heating in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms but I couldn't find them, only a stand alone floor heater in the master which worked well.

The majority of apartment 2 was fantastic. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were modern and large. The 2nd living room area was comfortable and spacious. There was an area to park our car off the street which was great. The laundry facilities were great to be able to use.

Lots of space for our family! Convenient suburban location & close to the shops, it also had pretty much everything we needed.

the bath didn’t have a plug and we had to go buy one ourselves for our son to be able to use the bath and the door/pin code system was difficult. my son and I got locked outside for 2 hours in the rain until my partner got back because the door locked behind us and I didn’t have my car or mobile and the pin code wasn’t working.

we loved how much space we had and how close it was to everything and comfortable bed. it was great for parking with our trailer too

A few maintenance issues need attending and a deep clean on the property. Accumulated dust on bedsides and plants..

Location was fantastic - nice and quiet even though close to everything. House layout was great to accomodate everyone. Easy to book and check in.

It was very tricky to type the door code in. If we had to read it and type it in, we were often too slow. We got locked out 3 times- each for a few minutes- because we were too slow typing in the code. The only other major concern was that the heat pump filters were absolutely fill of dust. If they haven't already, they need to be serviced :).

The accommodation was very spacious and had plenty of room for our group.

Just some minor issues like the kitchen sink/water was slow to drain. And in the barbeque there was a mouse.
