type of comforter/duvet provided we have no confidence to use as we are not sure the cleanliness, not enough soap bars/shampoo/coffee/tea sachets for 4 guest & 2 nights. Only 1 capsule laundry detergent provided for 2 night stay, we have to buy from nearby Coles, couldn't find scissors in the pantry drawer, not good experience communicating with host, before & after arrival, seems not friendly/approachable/ or maybe we are foreigner, sorry to say that.

comfortable & spacious, nice wardrobe to hang clothes, comfy and quality recliner sofa, consider clean, two bathroom for 4 guests is great, water pressure from the shower head is good too, especially love the wine glass provided, also seems quality cutleries & utensils provided, location is perfect too.

The tv remote was tiny and not user friendly, full size remote would be better please. The grout in the bathrooms could be cleaner, There was work being done to the unit above up to 11.30 at night on the Tuesday. (tools noisy).

Location was excellent, the lounges and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. We appreciated all the information and friendly welcome we received from the managers. The kitchen and appliances were clean and plentiful.

Brilliant location, just across from the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants. We stayed on L18 with an awesome sea view and breeze. Great outdoor pool with heated spa, and lorikeets coming up on the balcony, car park great. Contact with Gary was fantastic, he was very helpful, met at property and provided excellent information. Would love to come back.

Look no further! You will not find a better host then Gary. He helped us out when our flight got cancelled, with such ease and reassurance. The ocean views are absolutely stunning and the apartment is tidy, neat, comfortable with everything you need. The location right at the heart of everything and you can watch the sun rise or the moon rise from the balcony, and close to lots of entertainment. Super easily accessible via the GLink/ public transport. But what makes this place absolutely superb is the relationship behind it all. Thanks Gary!

Single bed only had one pillow with no spares in the apartment and only 2 rolls of toilet paper. Other than that the place was great!

The property was fantastic. The location was 100/10 and so close to everything. The pool was lovely both indoor and outdoor. The bed were comfortable and the living spaces were perfect for a family of 6 adults. Couldn’t have asked for much better for value for money.

The property’s location is unbeatable! Situated in the heart of Surfers’ Paradise, it allowed easy access to the beach, shops, and other facilities. Plus, the stunning views from the balcony were a bonus.

When I checked in, the blankets and towels was not clean and dated but when I called Gary the owner, He was very friendly and he changed all blankets. One AC at the living room not enough for all the unit, The beed rooms need AC too.

I like the view and the location was great,also the unit was clean and close to the beach,shops and all facilities. The pool and Sauna was great and clean.
