The room we stayed in unfortunately wasn't like the pictures. It was worse. The decor, well, there really wasn't any, and the furniture could use a big update. I was transported back to the 70s. The room had a small kitchenette but there wasn't even a plug for the kettle 😂 so we had to move the kettle to another plug and boy does the bending hurt your back after a few days. Some of the vinyl at the bottom skirt in the bathroom was also coming off the wall where you can see a build up of dirt behind it. Seriously, just glue the shiz back on. I'd also recommend a light on the inside entrance.

The location was perfect, and the staff were amazing. Even the housekeepers were friendly and greeted me every morning as I went outside to brave the cold. The room was decently sized to fit in the queen and single. Was good value for money since I paid under 100/n and it looked like there is a new reverse cycle aircon. Since it was freezing, we were happy to have a working heater 😂 the location, the bistro, BWS. I could get drunk and only have 1 set of stairs to climb before I arrived at the room and good thing was, it was not noisy at all, even though I was skeptical at first about noise from the Pub. The food is freaking amazing! 10/10 for the bistro. If I ever am in the area again, I would stay again

Only hassle was after a shower, water would accumulate outside the glass door on the floor, soaking the floor mat/towel. Had to resort to squeeze drying the mat after the showers

Meals at the pub were below average no imagination and not chef quality, buy your drinks at the bottle shop much cheaper.

couple lights didn’t work but when you spent 10hrs in a car that’s the least of your issues getting out of it, cheap toilet paper felt like I was using a public toilet,

it’s somewhere to sleep, friendly staff, we arrived at 1am and they still let us check in! we called and informed them we would be late!

Can you please make smoking designated area.. I haven't smoked for nearly 6 months,however the smell coming into my unit number 7 from neighbours was a huge let down. Even in the morning,open my front door to get some fresh air??NO all I got was smoke coming in so shut my door to not let smoke in. Not happy!!

There was nothing I was dissatisfied with for a budget Stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful, beds very comfortable. Food at restaurant ok as well. Would recommend or stay there again if the occasion arises.

Bathroom floor and carpet in the room are not very clean. Half of the bathroom floated after using the shower.

Staffs are really helpful and nice! Room service was a surprise for me ! Scan QR code for menu , order n pay at the room with contactless.
