This a little gem right in the heart of Salamanca. Perfect location within walking distance to everything. I came down for a weekend for a friend’s wedding and it was a perfect place to stay. The staff were sooooo lovely… they organised an early check in for me so I could get ready for the wedding, and were also happy with me checking out a little later than 10am which was very kind. They gave some cafe recommendations too and were so friendly.

Easy check in experience. Appreciated the advance text message explaining which building/address. Very friendly staff and beautiful room. Was originally concerned it would be noisy with the pub downstairs but didn’t hear a thing.

Wie hat a pod Room on the 3rd floor at Salamanca 25. It was spacious and quiet. No Noise from the pub in the Front Building or the hustle of Salamanca Market. The Room as a Bit of a dark, Loungie vibe, which I liked. In you are looking for a bright Room with big windows and Lots of daylight, this is Not the Room for you. Minibar prices are very reasonable as well.

Would have been better if the room had another mirror on one of wall, door or closet. Might need a bit more explanation how to use safe, a/c. Bathroom was good but took little too long to fill (maybe because we love deeper bath).

Everything was terrific.

I was working - but wanted something different to the usual chain hotel experience. This is a beautiful place - the rooms are thoughtfully designed and furnished, and everything works. It's quiet, but in such an excellent location. There's a multitude of good cafes and restaurants within a short walk.

The glass divider to the bathroom provided no privacy for the toilet, but otherwise was beautifully appointed. It would have been good to receive instruction on the blinds for the roof window during check-in.

The location was incredible and the room had a cool dark and moody vibe. It was great to have a carpark available to use while we were there as we didn't use the car at all during our 3-night stay, walked everywhere!

My second visit and there will be a third. Right in the heart of Salamanca (the best place to stay in Hobart) - yet, very quiet (bars and restaurants just outside). Welcoming staff.

I stayed in a pod room, which technically has no view out, but a beautiful garden window which I like. The bed was big and comfy, the bathroom gorgeous with two modes of shower _ rain head and hand held, and a very good hair dryer. Also liked that fact they encourage you to keep your towels for more than one use. Good environmentally. It was also surprisingly quiet given the location.

I was unaware that there were 2 properties.

The location was perfect. You step straight out of the front door and you are at the markets. Plenty of places to eat and drink and the sky Bus stop is a 3 minute walk.
