only negative would be that the air cond only cooled the bedroom area, we needed to keep the door to the outside area open to let air into the living/kitchen area to circulate the air but otherwise the place was great.

the person at reception showed us the type of room we had booked and lets us inspect it (where we had been staying wasn't great so we had to change accommodation) and the room was as displayed on the website :-)

Awesome location. We were attending Dawn Service at Kings Park. The stairs to Kings Park whilst close were closed. But it was only a 15minute walk via the streets. Close to walk to Elizabeth Quay for dinner. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, would be ideal for a longer stay as all amenities were in the room, washer/dryer, full kitchen etc.. Secure parking

The accommodation is a little outdated for the price paid, a renovation would bring the standards up. Would be nice to see some pot plants around the pool and for the outdoor furniture to be revamped.

Reception staff went above and beyond to help us. The bed was comfortable. Pool was clean

The lighting in the kitchen. Plugs for electronics and medical devices were insufficient and difficult to access. Please provide more hand towels.

Great location 1 km from Elizabeth Quay. Staff was very helpful. As we had a top floor 2 bed the roof top terrace was a slice of joy. We did not use the pool or gym, but it was available.

it was a bit tricky finding the entrance, missed it the first time. the second bedroom didn’t have an air conditioner. a fan was included which almost did the job.

spacious and close to the cbd. included car parking and let us park a second car for a fee. set up a portacot beautifully for our baby. quick and friendly staff.

My apartment had a view of the CBD and the water but also faced the freeway - so it was quite noisy. The air con was only in the bedroom and really could not reach into the kitchen/living area, so in summer that space would be hot. Shower was over the bath tub so that meant stepping up into the tub - which could be a problem for an older person.

Good size one bedroom apartment - with full kitchen, dining area, sitting/lounge area, big bathroom, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Air con in the bedroom. Individual undercover car parking allocated to the apartment. Walking distance to CBD and Elizabeth Quay transport hub.

mattress was soft and bed only 5ft wide. It would have been nice if Nesuto had a full-time restaurant and bar.

A self-contained studio apartment which had an open plan living area, kitchen area and separate bathroom with laundry facilities. Basic but clean and suited our purposes. There was a parking space allocated to the apartment which was great. The A$25 pp breakfast was very good with wide choice. Staff were very friendly and were happy to store 2 suitcases securely until our return 2 weeks later when we stayed another 2 nights (in a different unit).

Room 203 was a modern, well-appointed studio flat with a comfortable 6ft bed.
