We only stayed one night if you were staying longer the room was small

The bed was very comfortable has we just got of the boat we were tried it had everything we needed the bathroom was down the passage did not mine it was good for one night

Probably the stairs as no ground floor rooms. But I knew that when I booked the room so just had to be careful using stairs. The menu was average I ordered snitzel and vegs. The vegs watery and tastless leftover from lunchtime maybe. Just get sick of salad and chips with everything. No one has variety any more.

Close to cbd and price for the night very reasonable. It's also had restaurant and hot meals. Rooms old but clean and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and eager to help. Location is easy to find.

Place needs renovation like carpet was very old and had stain marks.

It is 15 mins from Launceston city.There are multiple restaurants,Coles,wollies near to the restaurant.

An extra bed lamp would be nice.

A blanket was supplied as an alternative to the doona for warmer nights.. Access to a kitchenette to make our own breakfast.

We were in the first room, so entry exit door was a bit noisy. No room for suitcases but it was easy enough to go to the car and grab things.

One room but big enough to sit and play card games, bed comfy, food at the pub was discounted and was most enjoyable, good view of the Town, Great for a base when you are travelling to see sights in Launceston. Great price! Oh, I am not from Abkhazia , Georgia, I'm from Sydney, Australia!!!

Air conditioners need cleaning and disinfecting. Room is a bit small with no chairs inside the room.

Location is great. Just opposite KFC and very close to Coles and other restaurants. Free welcoming drinks ( we booked through Booking.com were well received.

The shower water is very poor, not much water coming out, and the temperature always change during your shower

Good location, Coles and Woolworths supermarket just walking distance. KFC at opposite, hungry jack and subway are just around, also indian grocery, Chinese takeaway shop near by

Room and bathroom was fine, no noise from the bar from our room. Loud traffic in the morning and neighbours were chatting all night long, the walls are extremely thin.

Comfy bed, dated but clean toileting facilities, you get what you pay for really. Handy for a one night stop over to rest the head.

Very small room, some chairs to sit on and better bed would have been an improvement. Shared kitchen ok if you were back packing.

Motorbike parking, location to shops and attractions and meals at hotel were all good.

This was a basic one night stopever. Alot of people wouldn't opt for it. But last minute finding a room it was this or pay alot. It met expectations. It was clean, shared bathrooms were clean, bed was comfy. Staff at checkin was efficient, free parking. For for the price it was great. It doesn't pretend to be 5 star.

As a solo traveller, I just wasn’t so sure about the location, and an elevator to get up all those stairs would have been great.
