Such a lovely experience from fabulous staff to location to comfort. Public transport right outside, easy commute to city or Bondi. Bed is faulously comfortable, and hotel is very quiet.

A slightly larger bed (we prefer king sized not queen) and the glazed bathroom doors/walls are not suitable for couples who don't know each other very well!

I almost don't want to say how happy we were with this hotel and the charming owner - we want it to be our best kept secret!

Everything was positive

Very comfortable, a delightful hotel that has managed to turn a disadvantage - no breakfast room- into an advantage, great coffee machine in the room and free coffee and pastries served daily at reception. Friendly and helpful staff.

this is a petty pick but if there's one minute improvement it would be the temp of the hot water for the bath tub. It takes 30mins to fill up, and the temp of the bath water was cooler than the shower so the tub was more warm than hot once full. that's a tiny thing... the rest was great.

The suite we stayed was perfect. Seeing it online is one thing, however once you enter it was fantastic, spacious and functional. The bed was very comfortable, the lounges were soft and relaxing.

Only one piece of feedback - the show screen doesn’t seem big enough because water splashes everywhere, into the bathroom and soaking the floor by the toilet. it just meant wet feet/socks and slippery

The staff were exceptionally friendly and relaxed. Great location on Oxford Street in beautiful Paddo with lots to do around and see close by. Its a stylish and sleek hotel, very comfortable rooms and the bed was so nice.

The lighting in our twin room was such that you couldn’t see what your make-up was like when putting it on. Not ideal if you wear make-up which many of us do. A shelf or something to put your stuff on in the bathroom would also enhance the experience, rather than having to put your things on the floor. I personally like to be able to open a window in a hotel room - I think you could possibly open the bathroom window but I couldn’t work out how.

Everything was wonderful - my only constructive feedback relates to the lighting in our room. Coffee and tea facilities in room were great. Love that you provide healthy brekky in foyer area downstairs.

No carpark is a drama as the local options are limited. Not the hotels fault but it's worth knowing. Would have loved a King bed but the queen was very comfy.

Modern and clean hotel with excellent facilities and friendly staff. Bed is comfy and the room has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay.

Couldn't control aircon temp. It was set at 20deg. 22 would have been more comfortable.

Great location to catch city bus. Lively, fun area with good restaurants. Mrs. Banks is outstanding boutique hotel. Clean, great staff, coffee, tea and fruit out 24 hrs in lobby.
