This place has everything you can imagine and need to enjoy this beautiful house, they have thought of everything. We enjoyed the pool and the entertaining deck, cooked BBQs and pizzas. They even provide pool towels on the deck. Kitchen is well equipped for every need. Bathrooms are spacious and shampoo conditioner and shower milk provided. As I said they've thought of everything. Fully recommend this house.

The rooster next door waking me up too early! But it is the country and loved the ambience most of the time! Lastly we didn't want to leave.

The location to everything was great. The house was big enough for 3 families to have their own space when needed. This is a great house for a large family, it caters for young to older. We loved the games room, kitchen space and the bedrooms were lovely, very comfortable and spacious. We had a problem with the hot water and the host responded very quick and solved the issue very positively with little impact on the family.

Toooo many emails, also, receiving emails about how to get into the premises after we'd already stayed there. No response when I did reply to an email. The trouble with these surveys is no feedback so there really is no benefit in filling them out.

Breakfast was not provided but there was tea, coffee and condiments/spices. The pool was great, we also enjoyed the patio.

The size is excellent, the upstairs main bedroom was fantastic, the kitchen provisions were great.

I think its time for an upgrade of some of the furniture/furnishings. The TV in the main living area is very small & old & the sofa is sagging & most uncomfortable. The airconditioning unit leaks when turned off after using onto the entrance hall floor. The shower in the downstairs bathroom needs new tap washers. One of the pool umbrellas is torn & broken.

A cold snap hit Mudgee & the air con heat went up stairs to bedrooms. Which was great but the down stairs area was quiet cold. But I think it was due to being so cold.

Needs a bit of work in the garden to tidy and present it better. Internally kitchen floor and main bedroom curtains and fly screens need tidying up. If your asking top dollar everything needs to be in applepie order.

Size and facilities of the house were excellent, pool very clean, aconditioning works really well. Overall spaciousness was lovely.

There is a need for some maintenance to bring the house up to the elegant status. There is a leaking shower downstairs, the floor downstairs is repaired with duct tape, some of the carpets upstairs are stained and a lot of the furniture needs to be restored or repaired, and the bat colony is very noisy and smelly.

The spaciousness of the house, the games room and outdoor area were really good. Loved the master suite.

needed to have a queen bed or singles in the downstairs bedroom. maybe a king or singles in the front bedroom. numerous lights were out…range-hood, front portico. the 4 slice toaster only worked for 2 slices. TV in the games room wasn’t connected to Aus star. probably could do with a revamp! the master bedroom fly screens need some maintenance.
