Very comfortable modern place. Loved the Hamptons styling. Very well appointed and had everything we needed. Great location and very quiet. Wish we could of stayed longer.

We have stayed in several of the Hotels/Motels in this area and this was the best so far. Unit had been upgraded nicely and has a fabulous full kitchen. Great position for both Noosa Beach and Noosaville.

Communicating through the website didn’t elicit a response regarding a request for a ground level apartment and I had to follow up later with an email . The smell of bleach was overpowering when we entered the apartment. We opened all doors and windows open when we were in the apartment during the day but the smell was still evident when you entered the apartment 4 days later. Noise from the apartment above was irritating at times but not excessive.

The location in Noosaville was excellent and easy to find. Quiet location and lovely tropical gardens provided adequate privacy in our ground level apartment. Kids enjoyed the pool . The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, well equipped, very comfortable and spotless. Undercover parking was excellent.

Maybe could of supplied a bit more dishwasher powder and rubbish bags but other than that no complaints.

pool was super clean and nice temperature. Great location close to everything and the boat hire lovely walking path with no bikes or scooters. room was very clean and comfortable and plenty of cooking facilities. They gave us the best room.

We stayed in unit 34 where the owner had istalled airconditioning in the bedrooms -it was 34 degrees the days we were there so this was wonderful! Our unit was nicely decorated, modern and comfortable. The original unit we booked did not have airconditioning in the bedrooms and the staff were wonderful and accommodating and found us a unit with airconditioning in the bedrooms. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The gardens were beautifully maintained as well.

There was only one air con in the whole apartment. All the tiles in the rain were very unsafe, and there was no way to get to our apartment without getting wet.

We were initially put into the wrong room, a deluxe with partial water view .But Neil kindly rectified the situation and put us in a beautiful room. We had booked superior 2 bedroom apartment with water views. We were happy with Neil’s manner and appreciate him moving rooms for us.

We were a little disappointed in that a table had a broken leg, the freezer had a handle which pulled off and the deadlock was a worry. Perhaps a good clean behind all the shutters would be good as behind doors. We have had a BnB so Perhaps my expectations are extra high. The instructions for the oven top does not correspond with the manual which caused a little angst.

The gardens and surrounds were lovely. The staff including the gardeners were super friendly and helpful. Help was required one evening and one phone call and 20mins later we had a solution. From the start of my planning Di was so helpful and obliging; keeping me in the loop about the accommodation; making our stay so pleasurable.

We loved our stay, but would recommend to management to install air conditioning in bedrooms in room 11. Also, maybe a facelift for the bathrooms for a modernised look. But other than that, everything was perfect for our family.

We have the best time, it was just the perfect location close to everything. We have the two bedroom waterfront apartment so the view was lovely. Also, the shops are walking distance and there’s a coffee shop at the front. Noosa river is just across the road and if you want to go to the main beach, the bus stop is just around the corner. I would highly recommend getting the waterfront for unrestricted view
