No air con, that caught us by surprise. We didn’t check for that at the time of booking because we book a lot of trips away and air con is always a standard.

There was no dedicated parking, when it's busy have to park around the corner.

there was no milk for tea or coffee and we had only 1 coffee packet but a total of 108 tea bags. (we are coffee drinkers) Also the main bedroom light had blown so we only had bed side lamps for light.

the linen, towels and lounge cushions were all beautiful, clean and high quality. The snack basket was a nice touch.

The mattress in the main bedroom is getting quite uncomfortable and the bed is stabilised with bricks.

Bed too soft for my liking and the lounge needs replacing. No clothes airer to dry you swimmers.

Great location, minutes to the beach in a quiet street. Very spacious with all amenities you’ll ever need and more. Box of snacks and drink a nice touch. Great place to stay.

Not a criticism, I misunderstood the picture that showed the view and I thought the view of the beach was from the balcony. It was my misunderstanding but I was a bit disappointed because I thought i booked a unit with a view

My only little bit of feedback is it would be nice to have face washers.

We love the bbq area and little lawn, also the proximity to the beach is just brilliant. Lauren was so helpful and getting to meet her was so lovely. This was our second time staying here and I think we will be back!

The only thing is that we found the bed a little hard and uncomfortable. We both still slept ok though.

The location was wonderful. So close to the beach. We saw so many whales from the beach on their way south. The bedrooms, living area, and kitchen were all spacious and had the necessities. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and the knives were sharp. The balcony was a great retreat when you'd had enough swims and sun. A pair of very friendly rainbow lorikeets visited us there a few times each day. The balcony furniture was very comfortable to relax and read on.

Extra attention needed to increase comfort level such as eg: dust under the beds and in the corners. Crumbs in the kitchen utensils drawers, Lacked a few essential items such as scourer and hand soap in kitchen, colander, glad wrap, iron for clothes, working hair dryer, spare batteries for tv remote (host was very good and brought the spare batteries and hair dryer next day) vacuum cleaner (we stayed 7 days, a vacuum to self clean mid week would make it easier than sweeping). Overall, still a very enjoyable stay.

*Lights on the stairs are dangerous, sensor light that comes on of a night only comes on when at the top of stairs. *Heating, needs more than the oil heaters, was cold at night and these heaters were not enough to heat the space. * More blankets would be great too.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about this property. The location was amazing! Walking out of the driveway and 1 minute down the track straight to the beach was one of the highlights of our weekend The garden unit was clean and perfect for a family of 4 (including a 5month old) The staff were exceptionally accommodating, any questions we had we answered with a speedy response. Would definitely recommend! This will be our go to Forster stay in future! Thanks a bunch for a great mini holiday
