Matresses aren't comfortable, just about nothing in the kitchen, bathrooms weren't really clean, no aircon and the window in my room was broken, very loud at night due to bars right outside the place

Tbf for the price i paid per night I'd say i got what matched it. Rooms are tight so luggages are everywhere in the room, surroundings weren't clean as expected.

Close proximity to Perth city center,main bus and train station. Lovelh set of housemates. Good fun Common room, self service kitchen

Liked nothing at all.

Loud music whole day and night played by the backpackers live there. I believe there meant to be a noise limit after a certain time! Whole 1 week of me being there was terrible! Couldn’t sleep, even during the day as they where bringing out there loud music snd the music kept going! Secondly, no air con inside the shared dorm rooms. 6 people in a small room with no space and yet no air con! There was only a fern but it wasn’t enough! I was sweating whole night as body heat from everyone heat up the room. During the hot weather, litterally hard to sleep. Air con will certainly be of great comfort. Sweating whole night. I would recommend the management to install the air con. Thirdly, the main gain door was broken as well as table outside. Everyone there just bang and push the gate and walk in and out. The gate needs fixing. Table outside, one of them were broken by the backpackers jumping up and down on it while partying whole night and day.

- No hot water on my first night of stay. Shower cubicle was so small, dirty walls - common area really dirty - bed matress was old it had a big curve! My back wasn’t happy. - asking 50$ deposit for what? It’s so dirty and old - no reception everything is by message. I didnt feel safe. Because it is a hostel I think someone should be available if something happens - you don’t have a key so anyone can come in. The main doors were always open and not locked

Shower and bathroom situation is bad. Beds are bed, especially the rooms. On the ceiling is mold.

As there was no reception the check out process was a bit awkward as I had to return a fob for the car park. The staff were asleep and I was told to knock on the door of their shared dorm to get them. The hostel definitely could be cleaner. Some more heating or blankets is definitely needed on the colder winter nights.

The location was excellent and it felt very secure and safe.

I didn't feel myself that comfortable in this hostel. You could hear the night club next to the hostel (music/bass) and what the other guests in the living room were talking and laughing about = poorly soundproofed. Good to know: check in here is more work and not just done when you booked via booking.com

Paying the bond is fine. They would return the bond after you leave with no any damage. The thing is that you can only pay the bond by credit/debit card, and the hostel will ask you to pay the extra surcharge for the **bond**. How ridiculous it could be. The total fee you have to pay is not only rent but also **surcharge of the bond**. Also the facilities were very old and kinda dangerous. Nothing to expect with this price tbh.

The private room is freezing cold and when I asked for an additional pillow (I only had one very flimsy one) and a heater / blanket I was told it was only one per room which is disappointing so I had to purchase and additional blanket but it didn’t help much

It’s near the pub,4 in bed female Dormitory room is a noisy place,because there can hear loud music sound from the pub. I felt that it was really hard to sleep in that room.
