The property is beautiful! We loved everything about it. It’s light, airy, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. All of the furniture is extremely comfortable and we loved spending time here! Staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the facilities are perfect!

Only minor complaint would be the lift situation currently. They are renovating one of the lifts so there were slight delays getting up and down.

Superb location, excellent facilities, had everything you could wish for.

We loved everything!

Everything was wonderful! Beautiful decor & spotlessly clean! Ben & Jodie are great hosts, very friendly & helpful. Donna at reception was very helpful too. We enjoyed a fantastic family holiday , it was very comfortable & relaxing. Really spacious apartment also & our grandchildren loved the pool area as well. The location is close to the beach & everything you need & all the Theme parks are close too. Thankyou again so much !

The single air conditioner at times struggled to reach the far bedroom but it had a ceiling fan so no issue. The couch was a bit marked and dirty but hard to clean being light grey, I guess. Everything else was spotless. Although the apartments are right on the beach, they also back onto the busy highway so it can be quite loud at night in the smaller bedroom of the apartment we were in. Can't say that for all the apartments though as they faced different directions. This is nitpicking though, it really was lovely, and we would stay again.

The location was great for us, about a 15-20 minute's walk to Cavill Avenue along the beach. Bus stop was also very close, only a minute walk, and the tram station just a few more. It was also right across the road from the beach so we could hear the ocean at night from the balcony. Very neat, clean apartment with mostly new looking furniture. The beds were comfortable, linen and towels were very white, and the kitchen facilities were fantastic. Views of the water all around too with the backwater just behind and to the side of the apartment. We also had a wonderful lady come in and change the linen and towels, who was an absolute gem.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The location is fabulous and being on the ground floor felt very safe for the young children we were travelling with. The option to have groceries delivered to the apartment and put away by the hosts was extremely helpful, and I have never had this service offered at any other places visited. It meant that when we arrived late in the evening we didn't need to go out again.

Our apartment #40 has been renovated nicely but I didn't like that all the doors, even the toilet door, has an opaque glass panel in them. With the light on behind it is possible to see someone using the toilet. Also, if you have someone in your party who likes to go to bed early the light from the living area shines through. In addition to this, the main bedroom walk-in-robe and ensuite have NO doors but the shower has three long narrow glass panels on the wall of the bedroom so the bedroom is flooded with light when using the ensuite. Toiletting is not private if someone is in bed. As my husband likes to go to bed early I had to buy a torch so that when I went to bed later on I did not disturb him by lighting up the bedroom from the ensuite.

Location is great with it being across the road from the beach, the river alongside and the tram stop only a seven minute walk away. Rhapsody cafe at Rhapsody Resort is wonderful for breakfast and is only 5 minutes walk away. View from the 13th floor was amazing day and night. Beds and pillows very comfortable

Upon arrival and first few days the apartment had a really strong stale smell. Either we got used to it or we were able to air it out enough to get rid of it.

Huge two bedroom, two bathroom. Really comfortable and clean beds and furniture. Staff friendly and helpful. Aircon and fans were great. Great views with small balcony from lounge/bedroom. Full kitchen, clean cutlery and supplies. Washing machine with powder sachets provided which was awesome.

Ben and Donna were awesome hosts thankyou. We paid the extra upgrade for penthouse top floor. Views were excellent looking from balcony Sea river. From back of kitchen had hills view All the views were magic. Having 2 bathrooms was great son in one me in other perfect. Was great to watch our Netflix account on the TV's when we were in the apartment. Pool was lovely not to cold just right. Kitchen came with everything thing you needed to cook with pots, pans, toaster, rice cooker, stove, oven, microwave, Nice selection of coffee and tea with sugar Cutlery extra perfect. Beds were comfortable Washing machine with drier work a treat. So all up have no complaints thankyou again Ben and Donna you both were amazing Will we stay again yes we will.

They were refurbishing the lifts although this didn’t cause much hassle. A couple of times had to wait quite a while for a lift and the halls weren’t air conditioned.

Loved the location and being out of the hustle of Surfers ….ideal for walks and beach swims without too much crowd. Place was clean and well presented.

Brand new lift was broken on arrival but staff were more than accomodating taking our luggage up to the 10th floor. Lift was then working the next morning.

The property was very clean and nicely renovated for an older building with great views of both the river and ocean.

The apartment was well presented - clean, tidy and had all the utilities you needed. The staff were always helpful and courteous. Location was perfect for access to the beach and of course, a stroll into town.

The mattresses were a little too soft for me personally.

We loved the Narrowneck apartments. The ocean views from every window in the apartment were amazing. The apartment was spacious, recently renovated, and in great condition. Amazing location, and Ben and Jodie were very accommodating.
