Only small issue was noise from contractors who were putting in new lift, but staff kept us informed and renovation work is expected.

The apartment itself is very dated and could use some TLC but I understand there’s some renovations currently underway for a lot of the apartments so hopefully next time we’re back we’ll get to experience those! The pool this time of year (September) is freezing! Colder than the sea! Which meant we never actually got to use it which was a shame.

The spectacular sea views were amazing. The apartment was easy to keep cool on hot days and very comfortable to feel relaxed in. The pool is a good size and a great spot to relax in the sun. It’s located right on the beach so early morning beach walks/runs were fabulous. It’s easy to get to and great accessibility with an underground parking facility. The apartment itself it fully catered for with everything you need for your stay.

Some noise due to building works on other apts from renovations around 8am/9am however will cease in couple days …overall excellent , would stay again!

Absolutely nothing

We had such a great time at Narrowneck Apartments, that we immediately re-booked for a week over the Xmas holidays. The grounds are extremely well kept and it has a lovely pool area. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and stocked with all the essential kitchen items you need for a low-key beach break. The building is away from the Surfers party zone and therefore really quiet. In saying that, it’s a pleasant and very easy stroll into Cavill Avenue - took us 10-15mins at a leisurely pace. Narrowneck beach was a lot quieter than Surfers Paradise Beach or Main Beach, which was great for swimming. Flags were right out front of the apartments. The staff were awesome. Super friendly & welcoming.

It was a lovely clean and well maintained property with the room on floor 3 well decorated very clean and with every kitchen utensil and appliance that you would need. Nice views and walking distance across the road to the beach, great couch with foxtel and super comfy bed. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Lovely people to deal with and Donna was very helpful on the front desk.

Absolute prime location and great facilities with everything you need, especially with a wee family. The kitchen was perfect to allow us to cook when needed. Lots of space for our family and the view was perfect and the sea breeze was 👌, thank you for accommodating us to an upper level for our kids experience! Outstanding hosts, could not rate them high enough! I wish I could give them a higher score. We will be back and bringing friends! Top accommodation +++

There was work in the apartment replacing the elevator, which was noisy I also was stuck in the the elevator for almost a hour when it broke down. if this wasn't the case I would have given a superb star rating..
