Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaMy check-in codes still hadn't been sent to me a few hours after I was told by phone that they would be. So I was standing frustrated in the foyer, making a phone call to get them. This happened last stay too, so the system needs streamlining. There was a patch of water on the floor that had dripped from the air conditioner, so I just put a bath mat down in the living room so I didn't slip (it was hard to see it due to the light). A light in the lounge room and in the kitchen were flickering. A couple more coat hangers in the wardrobe would be great. As would a large pot and a strainer in the kitchen to allow for cooking pasta and the like. A family sized unit needs to have family sized equipment. After 5 stays (with 2 more booked), we still don't know how to access the pool. There is no signage in the common areas and no instructions or map in the apartment. Communication of information seems to be a little lacking. In the past, we have asked residents where the rubbish room is as there was no map.
Location great. Super comfortable bed, good shower, good sized kitchen and living area. Huge balcony. Apartment has bathroom and ensuite. Parking space numbered so easily found and a good size. It is one of the reasons I stay here.

The bedding and towels were excellent and good quality, BUT there were several serious cleaning issues. 1. the washing machine was full of unwashed towels from the previous guests 2. the first plate I took out of the cupboard had food stick to it 3. some of the cutlery had food stuck to them

AustraliaIt is winter, but we found the apartment cold as it was all tiles with no floor rugs. The air conditioning didn't extend to the bedrooms, so we had to use extra blankets, which were easily located. The apartment didn't get any sun, so even with the shutter blinds open, not much light or warmth came in. We needed the lights and air conditioning on during the day. The fridge (beneath the crisper drawer) needs a clean, as something has spilled & dried there. Easily missed unless the drawer is pulled out.
Location perfect for our needs. Walking distance to Civic Theatre, Darby St for restaurants, Honeysuckle Precinct & beaches. Very clean apartment. Check-in was easy, exactly as explained. Allocated parking space is a good one, easily driven into & reversed out of. Double shower in the ensuite was lovely. Upmarket appliances, super quiet dishwasher & washing machine. The bathrooms felt high-end & quite luxurious. Comfortable beds.

AustraliaRidiculous rules with threats about leaving a dirty cup and the price you’re charged for the offence. A balcony with a city view that was locked - very poor! Filthy windows. Dusty, grimy bedside tables. Cheap, thin sheets. Cold decore. was all pretty crap for the price. The lessons learned were the staff, when I rang, had no clue about the location and available parking, except for paying - it was free and readily available at the front door - the accommodation was overpriced, cold, dusty, grimy, cheap sheets and fittings. Great location - definitely find alternative accommodation along that stretch and happily pay for superior accommodation. Amazing restaurants and cafes. Beautiful walks. Would never recommend this accommodation or book again.
