OTT charges for getting make up on towels, not that we were charged but it’s hard to guarantee with 3 females that there won’t be traces of make up on towels or pillowcases.

My check-in codes still hadn't been sent to me a few hours after I was told by phone that they would be. So I was standing frustrated in the foyer, making a phone call to get them. This happened last stay too, so the system needs streamlining. There was a patch of water on the floor that had dripped from the air conditioner, so I just put a bath mat down in the living room so I didn't slip (it was hard to see it due to the light). A light in the lounge room and in the kitchen were flickering. A couple more coat hangers in the wardrobe would be great. As would a large pot and a strainer in the kitchen to allow for cooking pasta and the like. A family sized unit needs to have family sized equipment. After 5 stays (with 2 more booked), we still don't know how to access the pool. There is no signage in the common areas and no instructions or map in the apartment. Communication of information seems to be a little lacking. In the past, we have asked residents where the rubbish room is as there was no map.

Location great. Super comfortable bed, good shower, good sized kitchen and living area. Huge balcony. Apartment has bathroom and ensuite. Parking space numbered so easily found and a good size. It is one of the reasons I stay here.

Details of how to enter the complex and retrieve fob/code were a complete shamble. Lucky we arrived when staff were still working.

Bed configuration was advertised as double and single in each room, didn’t get that configuration only one fob so hard when we went different ways.

Pool was empty. We took swimwear with the intention of spending a portion part of Sunday poolside. Being a weekend in late October I would have thought whatever was being done could be carried out mid week. Parking wasn’t available so I had to arrange externally.

On first viewing the apartment looked clean and comfortable. The bedding and towels were excellent and good quality, BUT there were several serious cleaning issues. 1. the washing machine was full of unwashed towels from the previous guests 2. the first plate I took out of the cupboard had food stick to it 3. some of the cutlery had food stuck to them

We found getting the key to apt from letter box a bit of a challenge as the numbers on the lock were so small to read, Hope owner improves on that.

We stayed 1 night there were 4 of us it suited for the time we were there, it had all we needed lovely and quiete. The balcony could do with a little care.

It is winter, but we found the apartment cold as it was all tiles with no floor rugs. The air conditioning didn't extend to the bedrooms, so we had to use extra blankets, which were easily located. The apartment didn't get any sun, so even with the shutter blinds open, not much light or warmth came in. We needed the lights and air conditioning on during the day. The fridge (beneath the crisper drawer) needs a clean, as something has spilled & dried there. Easily missed unless the drawer is pulled out.

Location perfect for our needs. Walking distance to Civic Theatre, Darby St for restaurants, Honeysuckle Precinct & beaches. Very clean apartment. Check-in was easy, exactly as explained. Allocated parking space is a good one, easily driven into & reversed out of. Double shower in the ensuite was lovely. Upmarket appliances, super quiet dishwasher & washing machine. The bathrooms felt high-end & quite luxurious. Comfortable beds.

Inaccurate info re current wi fi connection . No information provided up front regarding car spaces. No information given regarding where garbage was to be placed we had to ask a resident. One house fob key only for a 3 bedroom apartment was insufficient

Had to phone on arrival as had not received any instructions on how to enter the apartment. Apartment wasn't ready at check-in (3pm) & had to wait 45mins to gain entry. That was frustrating having driven over 6hrs that day to get there.

Furniture and paint needed a freshen up, place was clean. However it was in need of a deep clean especially the vent in the shower.

Ridiculous rules with threats about leaving a dirty cup and the price you’re charged for the offence. A balcony with a city view that was locked - very poor! Filthy windows. Dusty, grimy bedside tables. Cheap, thin sheets. Cold decore. was all pretty crap for the price. The lessons learned were the staff, when I rang, had no clue about the location and available parking, except for paying - it was free and readily available at the front door - the accommodation was overpriced, cold, dusty, grimy, cheap sheets and fittings. Great location - definitely find alternative accommodation along that stretch and happily pay for superior accommodation. Amazing restaurants and cafes. Beautiful walks. Would never recommend this accommodation or book again.

The sliding door to the balcony was stiff, no doors on the showers causing the bathrooms to become extremely wet. no fan in the en-suite. the wifi password provided didn’t work and no response for the correct one. no response for requesting a later check out. poor communication

Old furnishings- uncomfortable beds, dining chairs and ceiling fans are full of dust- the fridge smells of foul food. The cleaners should be sack - floor wasn’t vacuumed etc
