Met by friendly staff and escorted to our suite, and undercover parking, which was well above expectation. Clean, roomy and well appointed with things like fruit bowl, continental breakfast, and restaurant for dinner only metres away.

We should have been informed at time of booking by Booking.com that the Thai Restaurant was closed. We had nowhere to get a drink (alcoholic or soft) and after a long drive, we were banking on having a beer! There were no shops or restaurants in the vicinity unless one wanted to drive back to Coffs Harbour, 20 minutes away and not sure if the shops would have still been open.

Breakfast adequate - would have liked to have had croissants as it stated continental breakfast.

Great location. Easy to find. Perfectly positioned for our needs. Great attention to detail in the room. Great to have breakfast a few steps from the room down by the beach. Host was very friendly with great communication.

We chose the property as it had a restaurant on site and we had been travelling for 9 hours, so didn’t really want to go out again. On arrival we were told the restaurant was temporarily closed. There were no eating places within walking distance, so we had to get into the car again.

Very comfortable and clean. 2 very comfortable chairs available (most places only supply one so the other half of a couple needs to sit on the bed) Everything was supplied and Plenty of complimentary treats available. Very Luxe

Amazing location next to beach. The inclusions were exceptional with a lot of thought given to making guests feel valued. The privacy was very good even though located within a resort.

It was a lovely apartment! We were met by the owner which was lovely rather than going to a keysafe. Brian explained everything about the apartment. It was very comfortable with such attention to detail to make it a perfect stay! We will definitely study in the future!

There is an adjoining door to the owners room/apartment which we weren’t aware of, not the biggest deal. We could hear some sounds coming from their side which didn’t bother us but in turn did make us feel like we had to keep quite ourselves. We were just staying the night while on a road trip so wasn’t the end of the world.

Clean & tidy. Good amenities and complimentary snacks and toiletries.

The grounds of the resort were beautiful and the manager went over and above to make sure we were comfortable. The friendliest reception we have ever had from resort/hotel staff! It was also excellent value for money. We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely Nautilus was as it was one of the cheaper accommodations that I found during my research. Would definitely return!

Located on the beach, but very dangerous. So couldn't go in the water. No bar on site or within walking distance. No toilet facilities around the pool.

The comfort of the room. Pool area was good. Enjoyed using the bbq, which was very clean.

Beautiful grounds with lush, exotic plants. Really helpful and responsive staff. The unit itself was spacious, clean, well-equipped and comfortable - beds very comfortable! There was a private table and chairs outside as well. Also they supplied fruit and toast for breakfast plus lots of free snacks. Very nice experience.

This unit is located in a beautiful complex right on top of a deserted beach. The owner, Brian, met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. Brian was great, and the apartment is just so comfortable. It has all the necessities needed and more. The little touches and extras were so unexpected but very welcome. The whole apartment is so clean and well presented. This is a gem of an apartment and located in a great resort. Would not hesitate to book this apartment again. Our stay was very enjoyable. On-site is a nice little Thai restaurant. We booked, but even if you can't get a table, they do takeaway, and there is some tables and seats on a community deck looking out onto the beach. A perfect location for a meal. This really is a fantastic apartment in a lovely resort.

Restaurant was more along the lines of a cafe but food was plentiful and OK. BYO only. Visit was too short we could have stayed a week it was that nice.

It was a lovely place to stay. Staff were wonderful, friendly and very generous in free goodies provided in our room.

The location suited us to the ground as we wanted something away from the hubbub of suburbia and this was about 4kms from the town of Coffs Harbour. It is superbly furnished and equipped and the host, Brian, was very helpful.
