The walls were not soundproofed as you can hear people outside your unit talking and the kids in the 2nd bedroom as well. The kids said they could hear the tv from the 1st bedroom all night. Very small shower cubicle

Clean & tidy 2-bedroom unit that we stayed in for 2 nights while the son competed in a marathon run in the Blue mountains. Nice and quiet and away from the main roads.

My only complaint is the tiny bathroom of the cabin. Moving about is difficult, so if you had mobility issues this could be an issue

Great location, close to Emu Plains train station. Comfortable cabin, and great having parking right outside the door. Staff made late check-in very easy. I didn't use facilities on site, but they looked great.

Condition of first cabin allocated - bar fridge with broken shelving and inadequate storage; also creaky flooring near bathroom. This was remedy by being relocated by staff to another cabin which was much more suited to our stay of 6 nights.

Relocated by staff due to unsatisfactory refrigeration in first unit allocated. Comfortable bed and good kitchen facilities. Location was close to railway station but not convenient to travel to family.

Could have done with a caddy in the shower for storing own toiletries. A few dents and small damages in the cabin but I guess that's just wear and tear. No door on the bedroom or the living room, this would have been useful for minimising sound / light pollution. Weird bunk bed arrangement in the middle 'hallway' area - we just used it for more storage! Not having a door on our bedroom meant we had to block the windows by the bunks with the spare pillows, as the light came in at the sides of the blinds. Unfortunately the walkway through into Penrith was blocked off due to utility services works - not the fault of the holiday park though.

One-bedroom cabin (chalet) plenty big enough for the two of us, not sure I'd have liked to share it with two others in the bunk beds though! Clean enough, great shower nearly knocked my block off :) Plenty of storage space in bedroom and kitchen. Allocated parking was great and the entry/exit system worked well. Staff in the office were very helpful. 10 minute walk to the train station, a bit further to bar and restaurants on the other side of the train track - but a bit far from everything else, so we're glad we had the car to get groceries etc in Emu Plains.

Location was industrial and our cabin was close to the entry street and car park. I think our big family needed more space

This was a simple and easy caravan park to book. A big pool, covered bbq area and a covered playground next to a jumping pillow. Staff were friendly and helpful

Helpful staffs and nice little unit.

Comfy and nice little unit, environment were clean, however the laundry facilities need some cleaning or upgrading. Did not manage to use the pool as the trip was meant for trip to blue mountain. Close by to many restaurant and Westfield center. However, a little far if your plan is to spend more time at blue mountain areas.

Quiet area, staff were very welcoming when arriving and very helpful with any questions. Cabin was very clean and easy to get to. Facilities of the pool and bbq were great with plenty of room.
