No free parking so had to pay for motel parking which was a nightmare to negotiate. This car park was made for mini minors!

It was not within walking distance to restaurants, shops etc No chairs or tables on balcony Pillows were uncomfortable No restaurant at the hotel for dinner

Room: no air conditioning. It was very hot and we couldn't adjust the heat. We didn't get fresh towels unless we asked. Milk and coffee was not replenished. Its really a loud place to stay.

The breakfast was good. The small pool was nice. The service was ok. The washing and drying machine was awesome!

The dripping water from the top balcony. I sat out there 2times and cleaner or someone was tipping or sweeping water off the balcony. And falling on to me and my balcony. Mind you the balcony is not that big. Would be nice if there was 2 seats out there. Wish you could add a dryer. That would compliment the washing machine. Lols

Breakfast. Comfy pillows. All the utensils you need. Washing machine. Microwave. Little kitchenette was so handy.

There was a strong odour coming from somewhere, we stayed on level 9.

I like that it’s not far at all from the freeway exit. Staff are extremely friendly. Includes buffet breakfast and parking.

The aircon was loud and probably needs an upgrade the carpet felt damp and the linen didn't smell fresh and the shower hose was bent and too high up hitting the ceiling

I liked the gym,spa and pool facilities. The dishwasher and kitchen was good also the washing machine and dryer was good it just didn't have instructions on how to change it from washer to drier mode took me all night to figure it out also loved

On arrival to our hotel room I noticed it had not been cleaned properly. There was still hair on the bathroom floor & seemed to be some kind of sticky food stuck to outside of bin that was not cleaned. Aircon didn’t work 100% well either

The air conditioning wasn't up to scratch. Nesuto recommends not having it lower than 22 degrees, but even then it struggled to keep our whole room cool, even though the weather wasn't all that hot.

Had a good view of the racecourse and city skyline, quick and easy check-in process and the pool was nice to cool off. Staff and breakfast were great!

There was a nasty stain and putrid smell coming from room 715 that almost made us vomit when we walked past. Smelt as though someone was bathing in a bathtub filled with cigarette butts. When I asked staff about it, I was informed that it was a permanent resident. Such a shame really, it was absolutely overpowering and horrible, seeping under the doorway. One of the pillowcases was also dirty, looked unwashed.

Staff at the front desk were amazing, lovely and polite. The staff were the best attribute of the stay be honest. If it wasn't for them, I'd have rated much lower.

Quite far from the Central Business District(CBD). While there are bus-tram options, it takes long to get into the CBD.

Very accommodating staff and well-maintained facilities including comfortable beds and a washer and a mini kitchen. Since we travelled for 1.5 days and needed to take baths and rest, we were granted an early check in. It was near the conference hotel where we had to move into.

Great value for the money and it also provides underground parking for a reasonable price. This is a convenient place to visit Sydney if you are driving

Soap rack was in a little awkward position. Maybe should be next to taps. I would have loved someone to bring ready meal to my room. The instructions said to defrost 15 mins then microwave 3-4mins but took much longer. I ended up leaving it for the next day

I loved the location as it was convenient for work. Plenty of uber around. Plenty of food, even though hotel provided ready meals alt I booked my stay to include breakfast which was superb. Shower was average, it was fine but awkward with the soap rack in the way. But bathroom realistically was functional AND had own laundry which I was stoked about
