We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast was quite acceptable The main issue your website informed meals 7 days a week upon my arrival I was informed that cafe primo was not open on Monday and Tuesdays which in my situation as my transport was a very large & overdimsional heavy crane and was not a vehicle to be driven around Whyalla at night looking for somewhere to purchase food for dinner I feel you should place information on your web page that the restaurant is not open on those days.

United KingdomIt was a single room, it was adequate, but really quite small. The fridge appeared to be working when I arrived, however, when I checked later it had stopped & the ice was melting. There was no one around in the morning to tell.
I was able to park on the street outside the hotel.The The restaurant on site served an adequate meal, and staff were friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and there were breakfast cereals etc in the room.

Pleasantly surprised, I booked a single room and expected a very basic budget room. It was very well appointed, clean and comfortable, with ensuite and all you would need for a pleasant stay.

Australiatoo many doors and not enough signage to say where to go for reception, also staff advised not to smoke in the rooms however when I went to close the windows there where several used cigarettes in the window slides, also the curtains were rather dirty and the air conditioner was covered in dust! the bed was also half a meter from the wall!

So clean and well presented. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff were really helpful and friendly. And the night of the day I left I found I had lost my fitbit charging cord and it was most likely in the room. I emailed the hotel, and by next morning I had a response saying it was found and would be waiting for me when I pass back through Whyalla in a week. That was a great relief.
