The balcony can get very wet during heavy rain..Might need to put the sofa under the shelter a bit more in case it gets soaked.

I was so impressed when Anne upgraded my room, and the warm welcomes I received from Garry as he handed a glass of orange juice to me and leading me to the room during check in! The room was beyond amazing and a shame I came single and can only stay one night. The balcony was nice and spacious and has a very comfy ambience when you lit the candles at night. I had a very nice sleep (and dream) and felt like I am staying in a close friend's house rather than a hotel. A lot of small, personal touches I noticed and appreciate (I.e. torches, candlelight, brushes, reading books etc.). Definitely my go-to when I come to Perth next time!

The smell of incense that was burning in the foyer was very strong and didn't really suit the vibe of the hotel. It also got into my room. Unfortunately strong perfumes make me feel asthmatic. I didn't use any of the soaps or shampoos kindly supplied for similar reasons

Anne and Gary have thought of everything you might need for a stay away from home and might have forgotten. The small touches were lovely and very thoughtful - including spare toothbrushes and toothpaste! Anne welcomed me with a drink of orange juice. The hotel is very central in the city which was great and close to transport.

Property was stunning and in a good location. Very private with everything we needed, even toothbrushes. Fridge was stocked with complementary goods and hosts met us with a glass of orange juice plus the rest of it for us to enjoy. A shame we couldn’t stay longer.

Can't open windows. I like access to a little fresh air. Not a big deal just worth mentioning.

Very friendly owner who didn't mind I had to change my check in time twice. Kindly gave me a late check out and free pass to a wine convention. Free chocolate and breakfast nice touch. Set up was very pretty. Candles lit on arrival. Nice personal touch

This felt like a lovely BnB in the centre of Perth. Anne met me with a drink for me in her hand! Continental breakfast provided and generous, with thoughtful extras. In the centre of everything, maximum 5 minute walking distance to night life, evening dining, shopping, Perth central train station. Lovely helpful hosts, delightful restful building. It's a standout.

The room was supposed to have a kitchenette but only had a fridge and a microwave. TV usage was challenging, you had to stand on one leg to get the TV to work. They didn't have a credit card facilities. I to explain the odd charge to the accountant.

Location was fantastic, close to restaurants, shopping and transport. Room was comfortable and was filled with personal touches. Beautifully renovated building, Very secure location.

Immediate instructions to turn off lights, heating etc. are understandable but feel a little unwelcoming. TV remote not working properly.

The room was clean and comfortable. A little small, but everything one needed was there. Very secure. Very central to Perth CBD. Easy to get to trains and buses.
