The kitchen was poorly equiped. No chopping board or. Owls that could be used for salads/ extras. Had to request a can opener and bottle opener from reception. 5x plates and cutlery sets which made meals difficult to prepare and serve particularly if having more than 1 course/food. Had to use the dinner plates for food preparation then wash them before we could eat. Also the apartment was not restocked/serviced the whole stay (12 days) despite being advertised towels etc would be replaced and minor servicing completed

1. Loose floor tile that you can physically pick up in front of the external balcony doors that may cause an injury if walking with wet feet. 2. Broken balcony door handle. 3. Unsightly kitchen to dinning area floor metal strip with exposed screws. 4. Main shower head had low pressure. 5. Could not get the Foxtel working on TV.

1. Large 3 bedroom apartment available within the hotel complex that suited the 4 of us comfortably. 3. Free on site car parking during our 2 night stay.

Shower needs to be care, master bathroom shower not strong enough, and the water temperature changes hot and cold and hot and cold during shower without touching anything. Carpet need to be deep cleaned, not just vacuum. And recommend choose high level for light sleepers, and lower level for more night activities people.

It lacked maintenance and wasn’t well cleaned. Kitchen lacked basic utensils. Clothes dryer wasn’t working. Central bathroom door lock broken, not working.

Lack of kitchen ware supplied and cleaning products not supplied. Apartment needs refurbishment, mould in showers, silicone in ensuite full of mould, also present in bedrooms and passage way from air conditioning vents. Cutlery and crockery required cleaning, very soiled. Sofa had rips needs to be repaired or replaced.

No parking out the front to then see reception. Don’t think it was even a staff member that served us. In the laundry, there were 4 large dirty work boot foot print on the tiles. Every car, Bike or truck that drove past, the noise was very loud.

Unfortunately the lounge in our 3bd apartment needed an update and wasn’t comfortable and didn’t look clean. The back cushions were as flat as anything. The tv unit falling apart at the back. Extra pillows on the beds or at least in the cupboard would have been appreciated, as well as extra blankets. The room needed a dustpan and potentially a vaccum for the large carpeted area. Our room didn’t look like it had been wiped over/cleaned properly.

The location was great and an easy walk to coffee shops and the honeysuckle boardwalk.

We stayed in apartment 21 on the second floor & there was constant noise in the street that made sleeping difficult. The carpet had seen better days. It was stained with big creases in it & needs to be replaced. Bedside lamp had no bulb in it. The cutlery drawer had crumbs in it & there was garlic in another drawer. Getting in and out of the allocated car space was not easy. Lifts could be painfully slow.

The apartment was spacious & had a big living area & huge balcony. Great to have the use of two modern bathrooms. Both the beds were comfortable.
