We initially were given a room that was very dark as the window faced a building and not much light coming in. They were very good to help out and change our room to a more brighter one with lots of light.

It was all perfect.

Actually the only negative is that we have stayed at the Next Hotel so often last year that we are really sick of the breakfast. I miss the little passionfruit chia pudding on the menu too. But it’s not an issue. This is probably our favorite hotel. Close to everything.

Only dislike is how water will run out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. It is pretty annoying, but I’m not really sure there is an easy fix.

I love the friendly team, and the rooms are fantastic. I really appreciate the blackout curtains, and how modern the place is.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Loved all the “extras” drinks vouchers, picking room cards, Dyson products, money back from non cleaning of room. Would definitely come back.

On Christmas Eve at 9pm our toilet decided not to flush.There was no maintenance man on duty but reception sent a wonderful man with a plunger and he unblocked the toilet.we were then concerned every time we used the toilet the same thing may happen-I hope you have had maintenance to check the drain as I think it is probably a blockage further down and I would hate someone else to have the same problem.The room was 2309.

Everything staff location food drink especially the wonderful concierge on duty when we arrived on Saturday at 3pm. Our room was amazing with a wonderful view.

Location was great. Close to so many bars and also to Chinatown. Park your car at First Parking down the road. Gym well equipped.

Some noise from the air conditioner. Sound isolation is not doing very well. There is some noise in the morning and at midnight when the trolley passes by. Water spills out from the shower location, making the toilet wet most of the time. The location is great and surrounded by tall buildings so the view from the room is blocked.

The location is great and the room is comfortable. Bed and pillow are cozy.

Tea/coffee cups aren't befitting of a five-star hotel. Leaking showers can get messy but issue is being addressed. Worth upgrading to a Deluxe King, as a subsequent stay in a queen room was nowhere near as comfortable.

One of the most comfortable hotel beds I can recall, with luxury linen; good lighting options; a great shower; fluffy bathrobes that actually fit; moody ambience in the rooms and the bar; central location.

In room dining is not discussed the room information provided on tv. We accepted there is no in room dining to then see a small QR code by the phone for in room dining. This information should be included in the room information on the tv.

The hotel is modern and new. The beds and pillows very comfortable. Bed is firm and pillow plump rather than thin and saggy. Location is the best! It’s a classy part of Melbourne, not seedy part.

The breakfast was terrible, and not valuable at all the Shakshuka wasn’t Shakshuka basically just a pics of toast and fries eggs with Shakshuka sauce

Can be difficult to find. Maps took us to the wrong place.

Only having access to free-to air TV. There was an occasional high-pitched ringing noise at night at various times which was slightly annoying.

Stylish decor, high quality amenities and finishes. Very clean and comfortable room.
