Unit numbering is confusing when you arrive. Would have been helpful to know that unit is in building 17 not Nineteen. We were not made aware that the hot water can take a while to start flowing & ended up having cold showers on the first 2 days. After being made aware on Monday we timed it & it took 11 minutes until the water flowed hot. The living space offers a wall to wall window which looks over to a canopy of greenery on a vacant lot. The lounge/sofa which took up much of the living space, was comfortable but sadly facing away from the view of the greenery outdoor & the layout of furniture placement has not allowed enough room for breakfast bar stools as lounge/sofa bed & chase come too close. Perhaps a smaller lounge & armchair would fit better. The dining table & 6 chairs were on a rug & hard to pull out & sit at due to limited space between heavily draped windows & the lounge. Being able to sit outdoors while on Holiday is important to us & although the unit has 2 courtyards the one off the bedroom is very boxed in & was overlooked by surrounding units & the one at the entry, although it has a covered bar table & chairs to sit at complete with umbrella for shade, also felt cramped due to the high black fence which surrounds it. Seeking a better outdoor space to enjoy an afternoon beverage we utilised the access code for the gate at the bottom of the property & sat comfortably at the viewing platform table & chairs, only to be asked to move on as we were on private property. Somewhat embarrassed & unsure why we had an access code for a private property we excused ourselves & left. Upon departure we relayed this to the agent & were told the access code for the gate should have been removed from the unit as it is no longer in use & was only intended for access through the property. Master bedroom has only has one beside table & lamp.

Conveniently located within walking distance to town & beach. Bed was comfortable & kitchen had more “stuff” in cupboards than the average holiday house usually does like containers which was useful. Comfy place to sleep & comfortable to relax of an evening after a day outdoors.

On arrival, Sunday late afternoon, we picked up the keys, without a problem, and went to the property. The envelope contained keys, and a flyer about a code for a bottom gate and nothing else but very small lettering on the inside with G02 and H004 written. This didn’t mean much to us except that our unit number was No 2 on the ground. The keys were marked but didn’t explain further. The number 17 didn’t enlighten us as the blocks are numbered roadside as A, B and C and that wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Only after driving laboriously around the rabbit warren of a basement and parking back up the top did we come across a resident who explained the blocks were numbered 17, 19 and 21 and the unit we had found marked G02, was indeed in the wrong block. We assumed a mud map had been omitted which hopefully would have short tracked all of this. The flyer re the bottom gate needed to mention there are TWO gates, top one mentioned on fridge with code and bottom mentioned on flyer with different code. assumption before leaving unit was code had been changed. a phone call to Agent at bottom gate was the only way out. A 10am check out which is the standard time, would also be appreciated when on holidays. Besides this, which we explained on check out to the lovely staff, our stay was delightful.

very well appointed, quiet, secure, handy, comfortable.

A full length mirror somewhere A small step ladder as the kitchen cupboards are quite high. Esp for someone only 5’ tall.😂

Great location. Streaming TV . Beautiful kitchen with absolutely everything you require.
