Bathroom was old. Not much room to put something there. Beds were a bit wobbly and noisy.

Perfect situated. Big area. A lot of travelers to meet. Washing area is big and good. Payable with card. Big room (4mixed).

Beds moved everytime person about/ below you moved ! Very very basic. No curtain on the shower so floor gets soaked

Poorly clean, even the rooms. Only one light for the entire 8-bed dorm, AC wasn’t working properly so the room was hotter inside than outdoors. Many small roaches close to the toilet, the door of one of the bathrooms was broken, so nobody could take a shower there.

The lack of signage to the kitchen, making it difficult to navigate to even when finding the sign. The lack of information about the place upon arrival, for example the bar, deals, where to go to meet people.

The room was pretty basic and felt almost cell like to be honest, it was fine but had no warmth to it really. The mattress was a bit thin and so were the walls but external noise cant be helped. The bathroom felt dirty, the ceilings were covered in brown mould and stains and we had a couple of cockroaches crawling around the room. The kitchen utensils were a bit worse for wear and there were alot of flies around all the food. Just a few things that could be improved

Location of Nomads is great, literally a couple of minutes walk to shops and bars and very close to the beach and harbour. The room itself was okay and did the job, had a refrigerator and a kettle so we could make coffee which was provided and we had towels and shampoo provided too. The pillows were comfortable and we had aircon. The pool was quite nice and the kitchen had everything we needed.

That they made it so difficult to contact the property out of hours. Case in point - a pipe burst in our room at 4 in the morning flooding the room in minutes. We couldn’t go to reception as it was closed with no number to call in an emergency. The numbers online to contact nomads also didn’t work. Then when we finally found someone, he was really slow to call a plumber to one shut off the water, and two to fix the pipes. Luckily they gave me a refund for this night but definitely need to improve their fail safes.

It's a huge site, accommodates a lot of people with only one kitchen at the far end which is quite a walk depending on where you are onsite and very crowded at peak times. Some of the rooms could do with cooking facilities or another kitchen on the other side. The large room we were in could do with a little updating and a clean around the edges but main things were clean I was charged an extra 17 AUD for payment on credit card when booking.com advised the price quoted was inclusive of all charges. Not sure what percentage this could have been, probably over 3%, I question this but it was not resolved .

The site was lovely, very central, set among trees, 2 pools.were great. The room was spacious if a little dated. Great to have a fridge and kettle etc. good to have large windows, and we were comfortable. Housekeeping were prompt with anything we needed, reception mostly helpful. Generally we were happy

Was always so cold in the common areas and the bathrooms. Lots of long termers, felt cliquey and unwelcoming.

Lovely spacious rooms with lots of space to store luggage. Decent kitchen facilities and offered social events.

Awful, loud D&B music being played every night until 12am! Felt like a forced party hostel. The bathrooms were disgusting and smelt bad& the kitchen was so small with fridges full of gone off food.

Staff tried their best to resolve a booking issue and offered suggestions for the local area. Beds were comfortable. The pool and location was nice.

Kitchen was very dirty and the second time I stayed the room and bathroom weren’t that clean. Real party hostel so if you want any sleep maybe look for something else.

Very big, enough space to cook and do laundry. Two pools and great location!
