We liked everything.

The property was in a great location and very clean. The apartment was very well equipped, with everything we needed for cooking, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. The balcony was massive! We really enjoyed the gym and the pool located within the complex. Nomiki was a great host and welcomed us on arrival explaining everything to us and showed us around. Communication was perfect and we were able to check in quite late in the day. The most amazing thing happened as we left, we left an expensive camera at the house and Nomiki came to the airport to our gate and brought it to us. We were so grateful for her efforts, she was amazing!!

The only thing I disliked was going home. I wanted to stay a little longer. I loved Darwin.

Totally enjoyed staying here. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Nice little view from the balcony. Full size fridge, great air con (you'll need it) kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer and the bed was bloody comfy. Nomiki is a lovely lady who went out of her way to collect us from the airport and take us to and through the Apartment at very early hours. Facilities were great. Pool, childrens play area, and BBQ area. Local cafes and we got an uber to the city for $12. There we rented a car and had a private parking spot in the secure parking underneath the apartment block. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!

I loved everything

This apartment (and the owner) were exceptional in the extreme. A wonderful host. An absolutely fabulous apartment. Some food was left in the fridge and cupboards which was useful. What I loved also was the ability to recycle items with separate bins for recyclying and rubbish. Nomikis is a lovely lady. This apartment exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended. Close to everything. Parking is below ground and totally secure with keylock passes in and out of the parking area. Keys needed to work the lift so no unwelcome blow-ins can access the apartments. Will stay there again. Bed very comfortable. Shower lovely and hot and the area spacious. Fabulous balcony area.

this was a great place to stay for our purpose (in Darwin for National Cricket Carnival). It was central, very close to Mindil Markets and the pool was excellent as well. having your own washing machine was great and I also liked that some basics had been left from previous guests that are often thrown out and need to be repurchased (if coming in by plane).

Took us a while to work out the main aircon didn't work and we turned on the unit in the bedroom (which worked fine and cooled the whole unit). Quite a hike to any restaurants for dinner and stupidly I misread the days for Mindil Beach maeket, which it would have been perfectly located for.

Very spacious and well equipped. Friendly responsive host who met us in person super cafe downstairs.

A lovely bed sitter apartment with a nice verandah and easy access to the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again .

The location was ok (close to the city and Parap) but only if you had transport. It's not really in walking distance to shops, etc.

The apartment was comfortable and meet our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils. The precinct was fairly quiet and so were the neighbors (generally). The host was very accommodating and easy to contact.

The location was fabulous. It was just a short scooter ride into the city, casino and Mindel Markets. Also, there are a couple of cafes on site that serve great food.

Everything! The host was obliging and always helpful, the apartment was well located, close to the botanic gardens and bus routes, clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped. One of the best accommodations we have used. We were really glad we have come across Nomiki's, and hope we have the opportunity for a return trip.
