Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaThis was the most incredible holiday we have had yet. Nick and Danae have created a beautiful retreat. From the selection of delicious goodies waiting for us on arrival to the great recommendation for a hike up the mountain, we couldn't have asked for more. The retreat itself is gorgeous and peaceful. Highly, highly recommend to everyone! We will be back.

AustraliaCouldn't figure out how to access the walking trails as the gate was locked near the back barrier of the property.
Stayed here with my partner for my 25th birthday and it was amazing. The bed was massive which was fantastic. Loved the Jellybags. Really appreciated the breakfast foods that was provided! The yurt was huge and had lots of space, and a quick drive to the local IGA and pizza place which is very handy. Only 25 mins to Noosa main beach came in handy as it was quite warm!

The yurt is clean and nice. Experience staying in the yurt is totally different from staying in a hotel. So close to the nature. We enjoyed laying on the balcony and looking at the stars every night. The fireplace is really nice too. We were just happy with everything.

AustraliaThis was a 50th Birthday surprise and Nick and Dee went out of their way to make it a special occasion. The location was perfect, the Yurts were exceedingly comfortable and a unique twist to the surprise. Loved it!

AustraliaWe loved our stay in the yurt - it was the perfect weekend getaway and allowed us to relax and recharge. The location is just divine, in the foothills of Mt Coorora and it was so lovely and peaceful. We could hear the kookaburras and the owls and all manner of wildlife from our yurt and had a fabulous view of the stars at night. The yurt has everything we needed - heaters to keep us warm, a great little kitchen and a lovely monsoon shower. And the breakfast was delish! Got to meet one of the owners Nick and he was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying here, we have already begun thinking about when we’ll be back!

AustraliaThe spiders tried to get in. Haha, not unusual for the location I’m sure and there was bug spray in the yurt that did the trick - sorry!
I really enjoyed staying at Noosa Eco Retreat. I’ve never stayed in a yurt before and would consider this next level glamping. It had a well equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The rainfall shower head had perfect pressure, possible the first of its kind I have encountered with decent water pressure and the hot water got hot fast. It was cold the first few nights I was there. The yurt contained two heaters and hot water bottles which were sufficient but Nick offered additional heaters if I needed them. I was travelling solo and the amount of breakfast items was amazing. I didn’t touch most of them. Nick was extremely hospitable and offered additional breakfast items and complementary coffee one day and breakfast from a cafe in town on my final morning. I stayed for 6 nights and most of the time I was the only person on that side of the property but felt safe the whole time - except for the spiders wanting to come in - they didn’t though, not on my watch! The property was close to Mount Cooroora. So close it is accessible from the back of the property. You have to challenge yourself to do this climb if you stay anywhere nearby. Nick arranged a massage by Cassie a local masseuse in the yurt one day which I need after my first go at Mount Cooroora. A family of kangaroos visited one day, so good to see the wildlife up close. I would love to return again sometime and highly recommend this property if you want to get away from the crowds of Noosa.

AustraliaThe serenity, it was so peaceful. My husband and I couldn’t get over the attention to detail. On arrival a fridge full of beautiful breakfast treats. Chocolates, plunge coffee, marshmallows, selections of teas, real milk and butter. With Mount Pomona as our backdrop, gentle rain falling on the roof of our Yurt. We felt like children on a magical, camping adventure. Just 5 minutes from the sleepy town of Pomona with its wonderful cafes, fruit shop, pub , pizza... not forgetting the Gin distillery. We spent a day roaming Pomona town lunch at Track 518, a basket full of gourmet delights from the fruit and veg shop, dinner at the Gin Distillery. Every meal exceptional. It was with heavy hearts we packed our bags and headed home😞 Noosa Eco Resort... Pomona town , you have definitely left an amazing impression on hearts 🛖🥰🙏🏻😘

AustraliaThere was no barbecue on the deck as originally advised and the grass was quite long for having a picnic. We also found that if you shower in the morning the hot water runs out really quickly.
The beds were super comfy and we lived the jellybags. The yurts also looked super cool inside! There was so much food in the breakfast hamper and the view of the mountain was stunning.

AustraliaWe were in the Resfeber tent. Bed was sagging and very uncomfortable. Dining chairs padding had given way and effectively sat on the chair timber frame. Bean bags were form over function. Looked novel, but not a comfortable place to sit. Need more storage options in the bathroom.
Location was beautiful and accommodation was very clean.
