The lounge room and bedroom has carpet which smelt badly and felt gritty underfoot. They need to be completely removed. We had to leave doors open all day even if we were out because of the smell from the carpets. At night they smelt too so needed to keep doors open and fans on. I wouldn’t stay again unless the carpets were no longer there. It’s a shame because the rest of the apartment and the grounds were beautiful and very comfortable.

Good location. The kitchen is great, bathroom good, clean and excellent shower. The bed was comfortable.

Long 15-20min walk to Hastings Street. Parking is shocking there so walking is the main option, but with kids was not the easiest. Beds weren't the most comfortable, quite hard. Rooms has no air con so quite stuffy.

Loved the river view room. Such a wonderful setting and relaxing, even when it poured raining. My kids loved the pool here. Kids pool and adult pool option and a spa. The grounds are beautiful.

Only downside was location of apartmrnt on top floor. access by stairs, particularly from bvasement carpark, was a bit difficult for us.

Ideally located for our needs. Noosa beach readily accessible either walking or by car. Noosaville similarly readily accessible.

Our unit had a few things wrong with it, broken door handles etc.. definitely in need of the renovations. Could have had more dishwashing liquid/powders, bin liners etc for people staying more than a few days. The ensuite sink was very annoying to use, couldn’t brush teeth in it properly with the mirror right above it so couldn’t get close enough to spit properly.

I loved it. Nothing to dislike. Except maybe the noisy boats on the river (jetskis) BUT that’s really just built in entertainment!! And was gone at sunset.

We felt the linen was limited, only two bath towels for 4 days and no face cloths provided. We felt we paid the same as a hotel but received fewer of the hotel touches. It was irritating that we couldn’t turn the light on in the bathroom without activating the noisy extractor fan. All that said, these aren’t things that would prevent us from returning.

We enjoyed the spaciousness and having a deck area to sit outside. A great location away from busy Hastings Street but handy to public transport. Excellent parking options - secure and on the street and at no additional cost.

Bed wasn't comfortable at all and the room wasn't very clean. Minimal provisions in room like toilet paper, detergent etc. Staff didn't feel very accommodating.

The resort is very nice, the grounds are well maintained and it is conveniently located near Hastings Street and Noosaville.

Our one bedroom apartment was well appointed and nicely decorated and furnished. The entire property is very well maintained and the pool and spa area and other facilities - bbqs and half size tennis court are all conveniently located and very clean.

WiFi didn’t work in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom starting to look tired. Bus stops hard to find.
