Good-sized, well-equipped apartment with decent range of leisure facilities on site. Close to cafés, excellent restaurant (Ricky's) & bottle shop. 200 metres from ferry pontoon. Excellent secure underground parking

The property smelled of urine when we walked in on our arrival. Terrible pillows! I never seen such a high uncomfortable pillows !Kids had a sore neck the whole time staying at this resort!

The resort advertises that it has white sand on the river side, and heated pool and spa. The pool and spa were not heated enough for the weather. When we booked we were not advised that there was no sandy banks as the rain had washed away all the sand so there was not much point relaxing on the banks to enjoy the view because there was no where to sit. After we had booked and paid we received an email saying that the rain has washed away the sand on the shores. If we had known all this in advance we would not have booked this resort. We thought we had booked an apartment with water views, and when we arrived were told our apartment had street views. Was a big waste of money in our opinion.

No Lift for older people. Stairs in every floors. We booked them as a hotel guest for 6 nights . They provided only 2 toilet rolls. We were not residents. And they tried to charge $1 for extra toilet roll and 0.50 for extra bath mat. They waived it. The supplies for coffee and tea are not sufficient. No housekeeping for rooms nor change of towels. There's no face towels supplied. No warnings from any emails that they going to charge extra. The coffee and tea supplied is good for 2 days.

Was disappointed when the resort tried to charge $35.33 for using my credit card, above the quoted Booking.com price. Booking.com did manage to get me a refund. It left a bad impression.

The only disappointment was the fact it was ment to be overlooking gardens and on arrival the balcony was overlooking the street where the garbage men came early each morning.. you couldn’t really sit out on the balcony as you just looked at the palm top or cars. I took a photo as I was quite disappointed. The pool was ment to be heated but was clearly not as I have a heated pool at home.. the sea was warmer. Never been to Noosa before and asked about places to visit and receptionist a male just pointed to the map.. not friendly and quite abrupt. Wish I’d know about the other beaches.

It was relatively quite and clean. There was a few things to do which was good, tennis and canoeing if you required and safe for kids. It was near to the beaches and food street by car.

Just amazing. They have a standard pool, a kids pool and a jacuzzi. It is waterfront with 2 minute walk/access to the ferry station and a 3 minute bus ride to Noosa heads. There's also cafe and supermarket and restaurant nearby. The resort has bbq facility as well as tennis court. You can rent out surf boards, paddle up boards, etc.
