Location isn’t great, I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t drive. Staff were rude and patronising, not a great first impression! Not the easiest place to find as the address takes you to the completely wrong location, which makes it hard to find the correct place as the owner didn’t know where we had been dropped off, even though we followed the address. This would have been a 10/10 stay if we didn’t receive an unpleasant welcome.

The room was great. Very clean, and facilities were good. The 3 pools were great. dvds provided.

Good location. But that was only how we felt- we felt We couldn't wind roller blinds up on any windows in the unit because the neighbor's window looked directly back at us. However, some other people may not even care. As we said, the location is superb! 👌👍

Door lock system was very clunky Master bedroom light was extremely dim - no point to it Basic items missing such as - multi purpose kitchen spray, clothes air dryer(rack), adequate toilet rolls. Knives in kitchen all very blunt

The arrival was complicated because no one was there in person. The hallway smelled old and when we got into the apartment it was extremely smelly because the garbage was not taken out and the kitchen and dishes were very dirty. Disgusting! after we cleaned ourselves, we got a pack of pralines as compensation. nice, but it doesn't help either.

The resort itself was very nice. The bathroom and the bedroom were good and clean.

The bed was too soft for us, maybe other guests prefer it. Just a suggestion, maybe provide a sachet of laundry powder?

We thought this was an apartment but it was only like a motel room. I found it very disconcerting using 2 electronic key pads to enter our room. I didn’t go for my early morning walk because I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get back in.

Our balcony looked out over the beautiful view of the pool and garden. The property was very close to Tewantin 😊

Being located under a family of children who wake very early and run around slamming doors and slamming open and shut the wardrobe sliding door over and over waking me up 2 of my 3 mornings. In fact the building swayed at times with the jumping around I had to endure. Not very sound proof between levels . Recommend family’s be located on ground levels to avoid guests being disrupted and woken at sun up early. 😳 or being located in blocks designated for families. Single guy issues 😂 I am now home to try catch up on many hours of lost sleep !

The parking as needed to park about 200 m from unit. Only 1 car space for 2 units.

The property was in Tewantin not Noosaville as advertised. The owner called the property Noosa holiday Accommodation on booking.con however it was an apartment located within a complex called Noosa Lakes resort - this meant I had difficulty locating it as I wasn’t given any instructions from the host about this.

The security doors! Although Easier than picking up keys it’s difficult to read the very small keypads.

The location was perfect for me, so close to where I needed to be. The king size bed was super comfortable.

Parking arrangement. First come first serve. Didn't work out one night when someone not staying at the resort parked at our unit.
