How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Sorry only stayed one night :(
Wonderfully welcoming and exceptional stay. Ideal location to explore in and around Noosa and then come back to a peaceful and quiet escape. Accommodation was impeccably clean and organised with plenty of delightful extras to make our stay so easy. Hosts were very friendly and shared great local information. Accommodation offered us total privacy. Very easy to visit Noosa and surroundings.

Absolutely nothing.
This is a great little place to stay. Gail and Paul are very welcoming, and have outfitted the accommodation so well, that there is really nothing further you need. They have thought of everything. They ensure you have privacy, but are there if you need a hand with anything. The Property is close to Noosa (10 minute drive), but in a lovely bushland pocket. You are not far from Lake Weyba, if you want to go for some pleasant walks. Overall a great place to stay in a lovely rural setting. Gail and Paul are great hosts, and we would highly recommend staying here.

A beautiful property with a wonderful garden with pond, lets a small apartment at the back of the house. The garden beautiful and wild animals are passing by.

Nothing at all, if only we were able to stay longer. Such wonderful hosts in an amazing location with brilliant facilities
The breakfast options were broad (2 different types of bread, muesli, cereal) along with snacks to enjoy. Fresh milk and a large selection of jams and spreads also rounded out the selection

Highly recommend this place, very private yet close to Noosa. The room was extremely clean with a nice comfy be and too many amenities to name, will definitely bed returning next time I need accommodation in the area!

There is nothing to improve upon it truely is a remarkable place to stay.

Nothing it was just what we were after for overnight stay.
Paul and Gail were amazing hosts. The location was perfect for us because we needed a place close to Lake Weyba for our photography course, and the place is just around the corner.

The room was OK although I would like to have had a comfortable place to sit and read.
Lovely rural location quite close to shops and local attractions eg beach. Generous inclusion of food and drinks. Our stay was quiet and relaxing.

There is a BBQ available a little way around the side of the building. Having a BBQ on the patio outside the room would be great.
The location is quite and peaceful. It is about 8 minutes drive to Noosa. The room comes with everything you would need to make your own continental breakfast with out any need to visit the shops. The complement soft drinks and assortment of chips was a nice touch.

everything! Paul and Gail we’re both amazing hosts and looked after our every need with a stocked fridge for cold and hot drinks to hospitality you’d expect at a 5 start resort. I would recommended anyone staying in Noosa books here as it is truly incredible. we also want to give a huge shout out to poppy the dog who was amazing as well and extremely friendly and was even there to meet us upon arrival with Paul and Gail.

It could not have been better than that.
Gail and Paul's hospitality was unbelievable. They've thought about everything. Whatever you will ever need during your stay, you can find it in the room. They make you feel at home straight away. It was a very peaceful and quiet stay, waking up with the sounds of the birds and having breakfast looking at the ducks in the pond. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a high-quality room without experiencing the noise of Noosa itself. Very, very high quality place to stay at, and you can go for a walk to Lake Weyba. I will definitely be back soon! Thank you so much Gail and Paul for being incredible hosts and offering such a high quality of service!

The location of the accomodation is in a beautiful area near Lake Weyba. The room has all mod cons, was clean, comfortable, well stocked with breakfast items, including milk and water. It was totally self contained, secluded and overlooked a pond which had ducks visit every couple of days. If you want relaxation, comfort and care this is a place to go to. Paul and Gail are the most welcoming and caring hosts.

There were different variety of toast divided in zip lock bag, and thoughtfully refrigerated due to the hot and humid weather. Granola, milk, soda, water etc. There was cutlery, snacks, mugs, bowls provided in the room as well! Really thoughtful and amazing.
