The condition of the bedding sheets were lacking some laundry care as they had mould on them.

More fans or air con in the room. A little hot in the summer months.

The friendly helpful staff at reception, general store and the pub were so lovely. The facilities for the children were aweseome!

We couldn’t do the laser experience because it required 6 and we were 5. The rooms were very run down. Smaller than expected. Fan in lounge room barely functioned. Mattresses for children were covered in plastic and extremely uncomfortable. Large pool was lived in by ducks with their excrement everywhere.

The lake view pool was awesome. Loved mini golf, Boulder climb and stand up paddle boarding.

No aircon. After cooking inside our cabin, the whole cabin got so hot. So we cooked outside using the bbq.

The nature surrounding the accommodation. The spacious premises. The entertainment for kids (pools, playground, jumping pillow, etc). The kitchen and bbq facilities.

It’s an old resort, just needs a bit of a general update tbh. The general upkeep of the place is needing a good update but it wouldn’t stop me from coming back.

BBQ facilities were good, close to the lake, pub food was nice. Beach is great. Staff were friendly and laid back.pool area was great as well.

We had a issue with our hot water system and couldn’t get anyone and then Monday morning came around and the hot water was turned off without a word to us.

Just a little dated. I understand there might be a renovation going on soon. Would have taken advantage of bike hire if it was a little cheaper.

The shower was missing a complete panel from the screen so heaps of water flooded/went all over the floor. The basin tap would not turn off completely so there was a dreadful waste of water.

The internet only works at the reception. Even the 4G doesn't work in the bedroom, but this is good to disconnect from the world.

Decide to get accommodation instead of camping this time so we had a hot shower and a fan to sleep with. The shower head squirted water everywhere except straight ahead. It was broken and pouring out the side. The ceiling fan sounded like a freight train and made a tapping noise. The pillows were very fat. Chin to chest or ear to shoulder sleeping. Very sore neck. Also went to get a burger in the morning from the shop and the girl couldn't tell us what type of burger was in the hot box and wasn't interested in finding out.

The location was great. Very peaceful. Bed comfortable.

Jumping pillow/restaurant was rarely open (we thought it was open all school holidays) but otherwise cannot fault our stay.

Fresh towels could have been provided as we reused the same towel for a week. Extra toilet paper could have been provided rather than having to purchase it at the store. More information on the ammenities available ie; how to arrange a game of laser tag and mini golf. Information regarding the available shops, restaurants and cafe’s in the area would have been beneficial as many things in the area close quite early limiting what you can and can’t do. Information on local attractions would be beneficial also.

Kangaroos on your doorstep when you wake up! Amazing bush walk to the beach. Lots of space for the kids.

There was no heating and only sheets and cotton blankets for the beds. We went in the June school holidays and froze! Decor is very tired, there were also some appliances that didn’t work, plus there was no internet connectivity in the apartment. The bunk bed also squeaked A LOT, waking everyone whenever someone rolled over. The bistro menu was basic, had a limited menu for the vegetarians in our family (certainly nothing vegan) - and it was expensive.

Activities for the kids are fantastic. The location is pretty good, but you still needed to drive everywhere. Laser tag was a major highlight and the putt putt course was a lot of fun. The rooms were spacious with lots of cupboards.
