We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaTo have more than one buggy on the property isn’t easy especially to charge them. The aircon was confusing as it was set to 8 hour time limit but would turn off and then we couldn’t get it to work again and with small children in North Queensland heat this wasn’t great as it was quite hot. The property needs a bit of maintenance done, it is beautiful but needs some tlc. Unfortunately to many stairs for families with small children. The complimentary pick up was mixed with other travelers meaning we had to wait then to find out they didn’t have enough car seats for our children anyway so had to organise our way to the accommodation….very confusing start to the trip. The drop off the pool was quite scary with children as it would be quite easy for children to climb over the pool edge and drop a good 15m meters onto bushland…..fine for adults and older children but having young children able to do this was quite scary so we didn’t end up using the pool much.
The view was incredible, lots of room, lots of seating and perfect for multiple travelers/big families.

AustraliaIt is a distance from the beach and amenities and might not suit those wanting to be within walking distance. Otherwise can't think of what not to like really.
Luxury accommodation in a great location. The views are spectacular. We saw whales from the balcony two days running. Having a buggy included made it easy to access the beach, pools, supermarket and restaurants when we wanted to and then enjoy the tranquility of our apartment. We had 7 adults and two children in our group and there was plenty of space. Highly recommend.

AustraliaGiven the amount of people that we had stay (7), we definitely needed another buggy - we generally had to do two trips to get down for our morning coffee or trip around the island. Also there needs to be instructions on how to use the oven - we took a look of time to work this out!
The house was large enough for all of us to stay and still give space to us all when needed. The home had plenty of crockery, cutlery etc for all. The shops around the island made it easy to cook from home. The location was quiet Loved the One Tree Hill Lookout & Cocktails which were really close to the house!!!

AustraliaWe stayed at North Cape 5 for 7 nights and were thoroughly impressed. Plenty of room, very clean and tidy and all the amenities you need to be able to enjoy your stay. We loved that we were away from the hustle and bustle, yet with the buggy provided, were able to reach our destinations with ease. We will definitely be recommending and staying again. Australiathe internet was terrible. there was no information in the apartment island maps, things to do, restaurants phone numbers. bus timetables etc. its was hard to contact anyone if there was a problem or a emergency.
The apartment was well equipped. plenty of utensils etc. very spacious for a large group or two families
