The milk provided in the common area kitchen for tea or coffee had started to go off.

Very clean and comfortable room for a single person - it could be a little cramped if 2 people were using it. Room was well equipped and quiet. Check in process was easy. Free onsite parking. Friendly staff.

1) Slight traffic noise which can be fixed by closing the window. 2) Not allowed to cook due to COVID but I could easily order yummy food from restaurants at the Macquarie Centre as well as McDonald breakfast close by. 3) Some people did not like that some lights did not work in their room and bathroom. I have spoken to the Manager and they have addressed this issue ASAP. it should be completely fixed this week. * Due to safety reasons the electrician will not fix the lights until the excess water is dry. This is understandable. The weather in NSW has been unusual and apparently non stop rain. I am from the Sunshine Coast so it sunny all the time.

1) Great value for money! Cheap accomodation in Macquarie Park. Very clean and tidy, Great facilities and friendly management and staff. 2) Well presented room comes with own bar fridge and tv, inc a cool fan for summer. Common areas include big flat screen tv and comfy couches along with dining table and chairs. 3) Kitchen includes detachable mini oven and microwave to heat food. There is also free coffee/ tea and biscuits. 4) I would recommend staying here to International Macquarie University students looking for a place close to Macquarie Park. As well as interstate travellers and people looking for a cheaper option than an expensive hotel. 5) 15 mins walk to Macquarie Centre via underground tunnel when you turn left at The main rd (Epping rd). 5 stars!

The mini fridge is mouldy at room. Many it's better to clean it before the guest cone. But you can still use the public fridge at kitchen.

It's close to the shopping center and Macquarie uni, I don't mind to walk around. It only took me 18mins to walk to the places where I want. The owner-Helen is nice too.

The lights in our room were having technical difficulties, when I messaged the host she was aware of it and apologized. She suggested that we use the bedside lamps we'd been provided. The toilet seemed to have a plumbing issue as you could smell something lingering even before using the restroom.

The room was as described, good sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The hosts were well organized, finding the key to enter the house and notes describing check in and check out procedure. It's in a great location, not far from the airport or CBD, couldn't have asked for more.

Milk for tea would have been good. Instant coffee without milk powder would also have been preferred. Please check one of the lights that is flickering sometimes.

Handy location. Comfortable bed. Given we were just coming out of covid everything was good. I look forward to being able to using facilities properly without covid limitations.

'suggestions' not 'dislikes': *some 1 serve milk containers in room fridge (for white tea drinkers) . . . coffee sachets, teabags and biscuits were appreciated. *put the fridge on a stand off the floor. too low to reach in. *one bedlamp is not working (?) *TV is very high in the cupboard and unstable. mount lower or place on a stand at a normal position.

Maybe having someone on sight although when we were having problems logging onto the internet, Helen was quick to respond via texting. The internet was definitely up and down.

When we stayed in room 3 the shared bathroom was clean however room 7 the bathroom was dirty! Also there was food left in fridge. Overall rooms were clean! Buses were a touch complicated to and from

It was a very bad experience. 3 days without internet. The staircase lights did not work despite claiming it. the bedroom drawers, the kitchen utensils, such as oven, microwave, water dispenser were very dirty. The windows had mold. Something black like charcoal came out of the air conditioning and fell on my pillow. To my regret, Mrs. Helen said that she would not refund my money if I left the hotel.

Noisy people in the living room who weren't even guests ("we're just here for dinner"). Other guests/visitors leaving bathroom (urinating on the toilet seat and not flushing the toilet) and kitchen unclean. No staff on site or contactable after hours to report issues.
