Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThe unit was not the cleanest. We had to wipe down things, the coffee table especially and wash up cutlery and crockery. The unit had a musty type smell on arrival.
Location was great, very central to shops and cafes, restaurants etc. Nice view from the balcony and overall very roomy unit for 4 adults, we stayed in the 3 bedroom. Nice pool and a recreation room with table tennis. Plenty of parking available on site. Beds comfy. Needed the fans that were in the bedrooms, the a/c worked great in the living area.

AustraliaThe king size bed was very firm. I coped, but my wife had difficulty getting to sleep. Like most CBD apartments, you have to keep the doors and windows closed at night as the noise from nearby venues could be distracting
We liked the central location, proximity to the breakwall, cafes and shopping precinct. The views from our room were great and perfect for seeing the sunsets, changing river and the hinterland. The car park was generous, the kitchen facilities were good and it was nice to be able to swim in the hotel pool.

Location was excellent. Great views across the inlet and caravan park. Balcony size was huge. Full sized fridge, great shower water pressure, excellent space, nice pool, large entertaining and bbq area. Elevators were quick. Great parking options. Maximum height of 2100mm on the upper level only. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
