The smell on Level One (outside the room door/elevator). Assuming this is from the garbage chute, however was very unwelcoming.

Location was the best, having close proximity to the esplanade.

No air conditioning in bedroom, though there is a fan, and the lounge air conditioner reaches the bedroom with doors open.

unit had a musty smell .. not sure how you fix this in QLD maybe some drying powder kept in the unit. kitchen tired ... rangehood broken and dirty. stove top dirty and frying pan was dirty when we arrived.

Just the lack of view on the first floor and the outdated unit, but i know you have higher levels and more updated units, i suppose its just the luck of the draw when booking

Having stayed with you before our room this time was definitely not as nice as previous visits, but it had the beds we needed and did the job. View isn't great on the 1st floor compared to the 3rd or above but it just made us go for more walks to enjoy the beach.

Could do with some maintenance on certain things like paint, shower heads and some taps.

Loved its proximity to the beach and shops and central as you could want. Great value for money.

It didn't feel like there was aircon in the lift and that there was only one lift. The shower in the 2 bedroom apartment didn't have a glass door so when we showered water was alover the bathroom floors.

Bed was very soft. Had lots of chipped mugs in cupboard which wasn’t great. Other than that all good.

The appartment we had the bedrooms where not air conditioned but the other appartment was. The bedrooms are at the back so the road noise not a problem. Would recommend an appartment on a higher floor for the view.

The location was great. Close to shops and beach with playground across the road. The patrolled beach about 10min walk.

A flat baking tray would be useful to cook things like pizzas in the oven.

The location was perfect. The size of the apartment was great, nice and roomy, private parking, pool availability. There was plenty of coffee shops around.

The pool area was a bit of a let down- both of the large sun umbrellas couldn’t be put up as they were broken. With it being summer now, think they need to replaced as shade is needed. The pool area feels and looks a bit bare- some greenery, plants/ planter boxes would brighten it up and make it look more inviting.

Perfect location across road from beach and shops/cafes/Coles. Great that you can walk to all of these things. Apartment had been recently refurbished and was beautiful- tastefully furnished with everything we needed to prepare a meal when we weren’t eating out. Big TV in lounge room. Beds and pillows were so comfortable and we had restful sleeps. Loved the size and position of our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom superior oceanview apartment-the balcony was huge and allowed the lounge/dining area and both bedrooms to open out onto it.

Closeness to the road, a lot of noisy traffic all day. Loungers/couch on the verandah would have been lovely too.

Loved the large apartment, very spacious, clean and comfortable. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Coffee shop right next door too!

Stayed in apartment 23 which is completely renovated and has everything you could need. A beautiful holiday apartment with amazing beach views. There is a shallow kids pool and pool toys which our daughter loved and the main pool is heated. There are also heaps of games you can take back to your room.

Shower over bath ? Not many people would use a bath. A walk in shower would be much safer. We took extreme care when using the shower and placed a small towel in bottom of bath to safeguard against slipping.

Absolutely loved our partment and plan on returning to Northwind next year for another holiday. Location, view, staff were excellent. The thing we appreciated the most was its location, fantastic. Definitely recommend.
