breakfast supplies were very appreciated, kitchen well stocked with clean cookware, utensils and dishes. clean throughout, pleasant decor and luxurious sheets. mattress is firm but I was not uncomfortable. (I prefer plush clouds) beautiful sitting out on deck in the morning with a cuppa listening to the birds and enjoying the garden. nice place for a couples weekend away!

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi didn't work in the cottage and would also have loved to see a smart TV where you could watch netflix

This was a a really nice cottage in a very quiet area. I loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed nightly walks along the water.

Seemed to take a long time to get hot water. And the gas pressure to the stovetop burners seemed to be low. Took longer than normal to boil eggs.

Very peaceful location and loved the sun room for sitting and reading, relaxing and breakfast. Plenty of space. Big bed, lovely bathroom and kitchen too. Liked that there was shade around the unit.

The cottage was beautiful and impeccably maintained. it was very private and comfortable. The hosts were well organised and communication was excellent.

Some lights in the hall were flickering and needs to be looked into. Other than than no other issues.

The entire lodge was amazing with breathtaking views of the ocean. Very peaceful and calm. Great for a family getaway.

The only thing missing was a bath tub but other than that it was fabulous!! Not in Cowes but close enough in little town called Rhyll. Would not suit a big family as not big enough.

We stayed in the boat house apartment at Oaktree lodge for three nights. Every little detail was thought of including everything you need for breakfast. Sue the owner even provided a little bed for my son. The decorations and cosy atmosphere were heavenly. So relaxing and comfortable and close to Cowes and all attractions. With quiet garden and sea views. This is perfect for a romantic weekend as a couple or a family of three get away. Highly recommend this place!!! Sara

Well laid out cottages with wood fire made for a cosy and relaxing stay. Well priced and friendly management. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Beautiful gardens and easy walk to the beach.

Booking.com says the property is in Cowes however it is in Ryhill.

Location was nice as quiet little town, an easy drive to Cowes.

Clean, well appointed, multiple relaxtion area both inside and out. Quiet area of phillip island with easy access to GP track, beaches, restaurants. Breakfast provisions and kitchen a delite. A great stay again.

Wasn’t a big issue but the step coming out of the bed room was easily forgotten about and was a little hard as we have a baby what’s just learning to walk

It was exactly what we needed was every relaxing, we will definitely be back

I'm not at all happy, they sent us two codes for the key box and there were two of them wrong, we contacted the owner, we didn't get an answer, we waited and tried for one and a half hour and we couldn't open the key box, a neighbor came to help us, he showed us his own number and we tried changing numbers until finally we found.the next day owners sent us some number but again it was wrong.
