That the restaurant and bar wasn't open and that it was not mentioned in the hotel description before booking. The whole apartment was unclean.

I appreciated my late check out and parking request. And was surprised by a room upgrade.

We were on the bottom floor, so not sure if it might be different in the unit above us- but the bathroom had no fan/ventilation. This is a breeding ground for mould in such humidity. Which is evident in the shower. (Feel sorry for the cleaners- because it must prove a huge problem) Only one mirror exists in the bathroom and is covered in calcium build up and steams up with every shower. Mirrors in the bedrooms would be beneficial when you are in a unit of ladies or more than one person. We also had a faulty kettle, that I reported to admin as it could have electrocuted someone, it wasn’t changed, hopefully they do it - as I mentioned it, on leaving again.

The property was in a wonderful location, walking distance to Cable Beach, restaurants and cafes. The main swimming pool was a highlight. The staff were lovely too 😊 The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the aircon worked well.

As it was off season the restaurant was closed - would have been good to have a restaurant open onsite.

Great resort - rooms were really spacious with everything we needed for a great stay. Rooms were serviced daily - gardens and pool were very well maintained.

Bathroom a bit worn. Kitchen had bare basics, not suitable for staying a week or more. Cutlery was lacking badly. Internet kept dropping out for TV. Bed linen was stained when we arrived.

Spacious room, good kitchen area, view of pool was nice. Balcony was relaxing. Gorgeous grounds and gardens.

The swipe cards for the pool don’t work at all - this was a pain trying to go in and out of the pool during our stay, we had to keep going back up to reception

Staff were extremely rude, restaurant closed and the 2 nights that it was opened when I first arrived they didn’t have much as it was closing. I think end of season dates should be reviewed.

I love the pool as it is nice and big and plenty of room for many people.

Restaurant was more than disappointing. The breakfast selection was minimal and terrible. We had to pay extra for this and it was embarrassing and not up to the requisite standard. We are Australians and have travelled extensively within Australia and overseas. This is one of the worst breakfasts we have ever been offered. It is a very poor example of Australian hospitality and food standards.

Stairs steep to bring up large bags if staying on second floor. Restaurant closed from 1st November.

Room clean and tidy, nice gardens, good pools. Close to Cable Beach. Bus stop across the road. Plenty of space for hire car to park. Staff friendly.

The shower head didn't want to stay in position - aside from that everything was great.

Huge pool for our daughter to splash and make a lot of noise in without bothering other guests, the apartments had really good sized bedrooms which were nice and clean. The location was great for what we wanted - close enough to Cable Beach and to restaurants such as Zookeepers. The staff were friendly and very helpful at the front desk when I asked them questions. Would definitely stay here again.
